Truly awful - ordered and I picked next day delivery and then when I checked out it was standard delivery. Phone them up and after an hour on hold (to be fair they call you back) they said they’re upgrade to next day delivery for free. Since I’d called before the cut off point for shipping I expected it to arrive the next day. It didn’t. They use Evri and have no next day delivery i don’t think. When the item arrived it had no packaging or labels. It didn’t even say what is was. Looked like something I’d bought second hand. Now it’s the 20th December. So I call again and am told it shouldn’t have arrived like that they’ll send another one. Next day delivery. I say if it doesn’t arrive by next day I’ll end up having to send it guaranteed next day on 23rd December as it was a gift for someone else. Also checked many times the next one would be in packaging or labels. Evri again and it arrives at 3pm on 23rd December. So I spend £11 sending it to my nephew at the last minute. Customer service said they’d get management to contact me about compensation but they didn’t bother.

Havnt actually opened the parcel yet however speedy delivery, fast updates and a added bonus of a discount code too

Ordered goal on 3Dec, no mention of item being out of stock. Confirmation email highlighted goal will be shipped 12th December with tracking. Nothing received so tried telephoning on 15th December and I was number 69 in queue! Cannot email so customer service is not good. After over an hour waiting in the queue (ring back didn’t work) I was told it had been dispatched that day. It hadn’t as an hour later I received email saying it would shortly leave warehouse and tracking said delivery company were still waiting for item. I have updated to 4 stars as it was delivered next day.

I still have not received my package. It has not been dispatched and it is a christmas gift. It is concerning that it hasnt yet arrived.

Problem sorted. Samantha arranged a replacement for a defective scoreboard in no time, with no questions asked. We will definitely use Net World Sports and their brands Vermont and Forza again.

This is my second time ordering. Was so happy with first purchase. This time I unfortunately ordered the wrong item and I had to contact customer services. Ellie quickly dealt with my issue and amended the order so I got what I intended to get. Very grateful as it is a Christmas present. Very good prices and easy to use

I forgot to apply a discount code while purchasing during the Black Friday sale. I contacted customer support and Samantha helpfully refunded the additional costs quickly and with no fuss. We can’t wait to receive our new goals!

Worst service ever . We ordered kick menequines for our sons birthday and after waitin a week rebounder came in couple of days and manequines never arived no notification or anything apart from delay when tracking delivery company , after cinactin forza we have been advised that parcel lost in delivery ok they promised to send new one next day delivery as we needed for saturday and they thown in some free marker as apolagies , evry comes on saturday night evning with markers and not the manequines iam more then disapointed my son you will expect the very unhappy call tomorow and if third time you cant guaranty to deliver the product i hava payed for then you should take it of your website .
