When I applying for car loan I thought process will take longer. My application was dealt by finn he’s very friendly and make sure that process was quick. Also he was available always to answer the questions. Within 2 days everything was done. Very clear guidance for the process. I’m very satisfied with his service

I don’t normally write reviews at all. I am making an exception. I am sure most people would agree that getting a PCP agreement for a new car can be a bit long winded.
Here’s what happened. A loan company was taking too long. It’s not a review about this other company but let’s just say it runs mainly a shop and food courts so I think they delay in order to give the impression of there being many cogs in the machine in quite an old fashioned way.
So I binned the first company. A quick Google on Friday afternoon quite late and I found Forza and saw personal leasing and got a quote. Got a phone call and asked about PCP instead. Within a couple of minutes, I had a quote from Harrison at Forza. Excellent and efficient customer service.
Called back on Saturday amd spoke to Holly who said Harrison wasn’t in but she organised all of the agreement on the phone as I was having issues with the website. Sorted in 5 minutes.
Monday I just turned up at the dealership and asked if I could have the car there and then. The sales guy asked if I could call Forza as he thought that it would not be quick and braced me for a very long wait.
Harrison answered and dropped all of his other work and sait it would be 20 to 30 minutes! Literally within 20 minutes I was holding the keys after a few signatures on the virtual Santander agreement.
So impressed with these two staff members am I that I will be recommending this firm to everyone. A-ma-zing!!!

Good clear communications with Forza Finance (Charlie V) so I knew what was required and when. Bit of a rush at the end to ensure funds were delivered to the dealer but all turned out OK so more than happy to recommend to others thinking of looking for PCP deals.
