The whole experience was out of this world. What could have been a complicated and stressful process was made simple, straightforward, easy and completely hassle-free. Finn kept me fully updated throughout, so I always knew exactly what was happening and never felt left in the dark.

I honestly cannot praise Forza Finance highly enough.

My attempt to buy a Genesis GV70 through Arnold Clark turned into an unnecessarily complicated saga involving several different vehicles, multiple branches, cancelled deals, delays, incorrect paperwork and eventually having to switch the finance from one vehicle to another.

Throughout all of that, Forza Finance were superb.

In fact, they were probably the only part of the entire process that I could consistently rely on.

I dealt primarily with Holly, who was excellent from beginning to end. Communication was clear, friendly and incredibly responsive, and whenever another problem appeared — usually somewhere else in the process — she simply dealt with whatever needed to be done at her end without making an already stressful situation any more difficult.

When deals fell through, Forza helped me understand where I stood.

When Arnold Clark paperwork was delayed or contained incorrect figures, Forza helped identify what was wrong.

When I eventually had to abandon one vehicle and switch to another GV70 at a completely different Arnold Clark branch, they helped get the finance changed over rather than turning it into yet another ordeal.

They were also extremely patient throughout a process that went on far longer and became far more complicated than any car purchase reasonably should.

What impressed me most was that I never felt as though I was having to chase Forza to get something done. They communicated, they answered questions, they explained things properly and they did what they said they would do.

That sounds like it should be the minimum standard of customer service, but after everything else I experienced during this purchase, the difference was enormous.

There is a certain irony that the finance company — the part of buying a car that you might expect to be complicated — ended up being by far the easiest and most straightforward part of the entire transaction.

Forza Finance were professional, flexible, patient and genuinely helpful throughout.

A special thank you to Holly, who had to deal with considerably more twists and turns than either of us could possibly have expected when this started.

If my experience is representative of the company, I would have absolutely no hesitation using Forza Finance again.

After discovering that the finance quote from my vehicle provider was significantly higher than I had expected, I decided to explore other options. My son currently uses Forza for his car finance and highly recommended them, so I decided to get in touch.

Despite it being a bank holiday weekend, I spoke with Finn, who explained the entire process clearly and professionally. He asked a few questions about my financial circumstances and was able to provide me with a decision straight away. He also clearly outlined my monthly payments, which worked out to be around £2,000 less than the quote I had received from the dealer.

Finn then dealt directly with the dealership on my behalf, and I was able to collect my new car within just five days of my initial phone call.

Throughout the process, Finn was approachable, patient, and easy to talk to. He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and kept me informed every step of the way. I am extremely grateful for his kindness, professionalism, and excellent customer service. Thank you, Finn.

I can’t recommend Finn highly enough. He helped me refinance my car finance and managed to reduce my APR from over 30% to just over 9%, which is an incredible saving.
