As first time buyers with no experience in the process of buying a property, Mark has been so reassuring and walked us through the process step by step from the beginning and throughout. As a couple who are self employed and on a zero hour contract we were unsure at first if we would qualify for a mortgage, however Mark was absolutely great from our first meeting with him and and made us feel at ease straight away. Mark and Charlotte have provided great communication with us throughout and have kept us updated with the progress of our application constantly. Mortgages usually give me ridiculous stress, but I've felt safe, secure and a very valued client throughout the whole process thanks to Liz and Gemma from Fosters Financial.
Liz couldn't have been more helpful (and patient) enabling me to understand all aspects of my re-mortgage, from showing me all the options available, to being able to answer any questions I had swiftly and knowledgably.
Gemma has phenomenal communication and kept in constant contact with me throughout the process, helping to ease any of my worries and answer any questions. It was a genuine pleasure to receive her friendly emails, especially as each one always had the personal touch of asking how I was doing!

I was hesitant at first to use a financial service as I thought it was a waste of money but oh my was I wrong! Dan and Gemma have made my process 100% better! They were both so reassuring and made everything go through very smoothly and very quickly not to add! Not sure why I ever doubted them, genuinely worth every penny and super grateful for them both.
