Another brilliant re-mortgage from Mel Parker and Greg Wright at Limitless. Fourth time of using them now. We wanted to increase our total borrowing. Our mortgage application was complicated by a change in personal circumstances. Our previous lender was unwilling to help. I was far from optimistic that we'd be able to find a new mortgage at a decent rate given what was happening in the wider market. I'm delighted to have been proven wrong. Would recommend wholeheartedly!

Laurie and Greg at Limitless have been brilliant to work with from day one. Laurie kept on top of the market, repeatedly checking and switching me to better rates as they came up, and always explained the options clearly so I could make a decision. Greg was super responsive with the paperwork and bank queries, letting me know what was needed and roughly how long things would take at each stage. As a first‑time buyer with a delayed new build and lots of moving parts, having them both in my corner made the whole process much less stressful, and I’d happily recommend them to anyone.

Melvin and the team were really helpful all the way through. Initially I came to them due to being a contractor and they managed to secure me a mortgage despite gaps. When I became permanent they then re-did the work to find me a better deal and kept me informed of opportunities to get better rates just before completion.

Kim has been incredibly informative, professional and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. As a first-time buyer, I really appreciated how clearly she explained every step and how quickly she responded to any questions I had. She made everything feel much less overwhelming and I can’t recommend her enough.

We dealt with Nathan Moore at Limitless and he did an absolutely fantastic job. He was friendly, thorough, efficient, communicative etc, and was always at the other end of the phone or email anytime we needed for clarification or advice. Ours was a very complicated process (combination of RSU income needs, BTL and limited company mortgages), and he did not once 'flap' or show any negativity when one path closed and we had to go down a different one, he just calmly gave us different options and was very knowledgeable on everything. Nathan also willingly liased with others for us (conveyancers, developer). We mostly dealt with Nathan but on occasion had messages taken by other members of the team and everyone seemed pleasant and communicative.

Laurie and the client services team made the whole process so simple; they were clear in all of the information needed, and made sure they found the best deal that was right for me. They were excellent in keeping me updated and informed throughout the whole process and took the time to explain everything to me, what options I had and answered any questions I raised.

Fantastic company who supported me through the intros process of applying for a mortgage, no nonsense and easy to understand, will deffo use again!
