Debt stress
Dealing with my debt has made me very stressed and it’s easy to put my head in the sand. However, I couldn’t go on like that and decided to tackle this head on. I contacted Trust Deed Scotland and Peter was allocated to help me. Well, I was extremely impressed with the level of service I received. From start to finish, Peter was professional, friendly, and efficient. He kept me informed throughout the process, responded promptly to any questions, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was completed to a high standard.

I can’t recommend Trust Deed Scotland…
I can’t recommend Trust Deed Scotland enough!
I had to go into a trust deed around 15yrs ago after being made redundant. While it was a struggle for the first couple of years, coming out of the trust deed and being debt free made a huge difference to me. I managed my money extremely well, until covid and other life circumstances meant I started to accumulate more and more debt. I considered another trust deed years ago, but kept putting it off as I didn’t want to ruin my credit, or future change of obtaining a house with my partner. I have wasted many years now, working very long hours, across several jobs with little to no time off, running myself into the ground and trying to pay off debt that will outlive me.
I am now in the process of starting my 2nd trust deed and the difference this will make to me going forward is truly huge. I have dealt with Peter throughout, who has been absolutely amazing! He has been very efficient in explaining everything thoroughly, has taken his time to go over everything and anything I’ve been unsure of, and I’ve felt very supported throughout the process. I have spent several years now in an overworked and overly stressed state. Going to through this process with Peter feels like a massive weight has been lifted off my shoulders. I feel confident I’ve made the right decision, and very positive for the future!
Also please give Peter the recognition he deserves. It has been a long, long time since I’ve dealt with anyone as efficient, patient or as genuine. Thank you so much. You made this process painless and easy!

I recently contacted Trust Deed…
I recently contacted Trust Deed Scotland for help with my debts, and the support I received was excellent. My debt advisor, Chris Kelly, was very helpful, reassuring, and took the time to explain everything clearly so I fully understood my options.
He helped me work out the best plan to manage and repay my debts in a way that was affordable for me. Chris was also very quick at getting everything organised, which made the whole process much less stressful.
