Allan our debt advisor from Harper McDermott was absolutely first class, he was very professional, calm and explained everything in detail making sure I understood everything that is happening going forward. So glad I finally did this
So glad I finally did this. Soreena really looked after me, never pushed, never judged. Even allowed me time to go away and think about everything and try alternative routes with my bank just incase they could help. When I came back (months later) she wasn’t annoyed and was happy and understood that I needed to figure that out by myself. She was so friendly and honestly couldn’t have kept me more level headed and sure about this solution. She made me realise it’s nothing to be embarrassed about and it’s just another route to sorting my life out and doing what is best for me with the circumstances I had. She was so funny and chatty and I genuinely felt like she cared about my life and how I was feeling as a person. I’m genuinely going to miss our phone calls cause she managed to turn tears into laughter and made me feel better about myself. She explained everything perfectly and was so patient and I felt like no question was a stupid question. To anybody second guessing going down this route and is still struggling to take that step I say do it. It’s nothing to be ashamed of and they are genuinely there to help you. Thank you much Soreena for everything.

All my thanks goes out to Danielle and TDS for all the help and support provided when desperately needed.
From the moment of making contact (through the WhatsApp facility provided) what I was given was hope.
Seriously struggling to see how to survive month to month, week to week, day to day, whilst embarrassed about the financial place I had got to also, I was made to feel like I was not alone, infact I was just a normal person struggling like many others right now.
Being able to use the WhatsApp service was really helpful for me, allowing me to communicate in a way I felt comfortable.
Having discussed my situation and finances in detail, we were able to find a solution that will work for me going forward. Its not a place I ever wished to be, but feel like I may get some kind of life back for me and my family.
I couldnt thank Danielle and the team enough.

I called to get help with my debt the lady was so helpful and talked me through all the various steps making it a very easy process, within 2 weeks of calling for help I had everything set up saving me over £700 a month in repayments.

I read a review that somebody else had…
I read a review that somebody else had written and after reading it i instantly went on line and booked a callback with them. I had such a nice advisor called Chris phone me and go through the process with me,he constantly reassured me that I had done the right thing by getting in touch. Now that everything is in place I couldn't recommend trust deed scotland highly enough for what they have done to help me. I would say to anybody who has financial difficulties to reach out and get the help that's available to you.

I had spent ages on this website looking at options full of doubt not wanting to be judged on my debt countless sleepless nights dreading payday it got to a point I was desperate and I called in if you do the same I can guarantee it will go better than you can imagine I was lucky enough to get Soreena who helped me,advised me the full way took her time to explain everything in detail showed empathy and stayed in touch throughout the full process. the relief I’ve had since making the call I can’t remember the last time I felt like this Soreena if you see this just know you’ve changed my life for the better and if your reading this still unsure what to do I urge you to take the jump and call I can not recommend this enough they will give you multiple solutions and explain pros and cons with no judgment or pressure to pursue
