Fosters were amazing right from start to finish. We had great communication from day dot. Very professional but also very understanding and kind. It was very easy to put things in place. We live in Dundee and travelled to Perth to put my mums funeral together. Very easy to find the office. Jess who helped us put everything together was amazing. She showed us everything we wanted to see and was in contact any time we needed her to be. Her knowledge and understanding while we were going through this tough time was very helpful. Jess made sure our ideas for the service booklet and slide show were perfect. I honestly can't say anything bad in the slightest. For us everything was exactly how we imagined and more. On the day we didn't have to worry about anything as everything went great. We're so happy we picked Fosters and are glad that my dad has a funeral plan in place for when it's his time. No need to worry about anything. We're grateful for everyone involved.

From start to finish Angela, (front of house) at the Stirling branch made the family feel that she was there to assist us in making the arrangements for our brother's send off as fitting as it could be. We asked for additional work commitments that were not normally part of the package, and in all cases these requests were met in full. It felt like, she went above and beyond.
The whole team were immaculately dressed at all times and professional throughout, they conducted themselves in an exemplary manner. We couldn't fault them.
The venue was far superior to any others that we looked at and very competitively priced and provided a smart, clean respectful space to have the service. Whilst providing the necessary facilities to have family photographs and music playing when required.

In summary, we would have no hesitation in recommending Fosters Family Funeral Directors to anyone in need of their services, because they have the family's needs and concerns as their number one priority, whilst providing a first class service.

With her guidance and professionalism, we were able to organise a fitting send off to our loved one. Everything went perfectly on the day and we would like to extend our gratitude to all staff members who assisted us.

Caroline and Kerry at Fosters were so compassionate and caring in the way they arranged and kept my family and I updated with everything to do with my Dads funeral. From the outset , the care and attention from Sarah Murray was second to none. Sensitive, efficient and attentive at every point and she is a credit to your company. This is the second time we have used Fosters. First being for our Dads and the second being our Mums. Both times have been a very positive experience. We were always treated with care and compassion and nothing was too much trouble. It made a very difficult time for the family that bit more bareable.

Fosters in Leith were fantastic to deal with, everyone was so nice. Everything was explained clearly throughout & they made sure things went well on the day.

From the moment I walked through the Fosters door in Cumnock, although I was upset and nervous, karen who looked after my sadly missed wife was so caring and nothing was to much. Today I picked up my wife's ashes again sad and nervous again Karen was there. Exceptional service.

The support I received from Isla and the team at Fosters after the death of my husband was amazing. Isla helped with all the arrangements and Danielle and the team ensured that the service went smoothly. It's clear the people who work here, do so because they care. Nothing we asked was too much trouble and some things were suggested we hadn't even thought of, which really made a difference to the last goodbye we could wish our dear Uncle. No upselling, no time pressure. The care and compassion shown at a stressful and difficult time was faultless

Funny story, if there can be in these circumstances, we actually didn't intend to call Fosters & called them by mistake.... And it was the best mistake we made, because it turned out to be the perfect funeral care we could receive.
From start to finish we were made to feel comfortable & at ease with a difficult process & situation.
