Jess at Fosters in Perth made everything very seamless. She was accepting and understanding of my mums wishes which was a direct cremation. I never felt rushed or pushed into anything. Mum was made comfortable during her stay at fosters in Perth and she was made to look beautiful, calm and restful. Her make up was lovely, she was dressed beautifully and her hair was lovely. Thank you all ( including the team members we never met) for taking care of mum in the days before her cremation. I am very grateful to you all.

From the first moment on entering the funeral parlour to the funeral itself, lynne walked us through proceedings with such professionalism and dedication she is a credit to the profession. Putting myself and family at ease and understanding our grief. Forsters made the whole process easy for us to understand and appreciate the immense amount of effort required for such a somber occasion.
