I called Foundation Education and spoke to Laine omg, she was amazing! She really helped me with everything I needed. Before I called, I was extremely stressed about my due date and the large amount of work I had to submit. As a mother doing full-time placement, I didn’t have much time to manage everything. I was so overwhelmed I couldn’t even eat when I saw my due date was only 2 days away, and I still had a lot of assessments to resubmit. Laine made everything so much easier for me and took a huge weight off my shoulders. Thank you so much I truly appreciate your help❤️❤️❤️❤️

i spoke with staff Nicole on the phone and she was amazing! she stayed on the line and was incredibly kind and paintent with me while i looked for documents and uploaded things. she was extremely helpful and friendly and has helped me upload 2 assesments in the last ten minuetes. overall my experience with submitting work content was made so much easier and simpler by having her assistance over the phone. thankyou Nicole!

Nhat has excellent student services expertise, she ensured that she clearly explained how the process works and was very understanding of my circumstances. I was very stressed but she put my mind at ease at the end of the call and put an appropriate solution in place.

The foundation education team are wonderful, whenever I required assistance regarding my course I had a kind and understanding teacher that explained things without making me feel dumb or stupid, we always had a laugh during my coaching calls.

The flexibility that you are able to do it anywhere and anytime that suits you. The team is easy to talk to and helpful. However, couples pictures in assessment is not clear and hard to see to answer the questions.
