The flexibility that you are able to do it anywhere and anytime that suits you. The team is easy to talk to and helpful. However, couples pictures in assessment is not clear and hard to see to answer the questions.

I was needing to complete a school based education certificate to relocate internationally and secure a job at a school in Thailand. After reading many different websites I decided to go with foundation education due to how easy and straightforward the course was going to be. I needed something with no practical work included due to working full-time and only wanting online assessments and foundation education seemed to fit that perfectly.

Shortly after successfully enrolling, I jumped onto my student portal to take a look at the online assessments and majority of them required all video footage and role play in a real work environment, this was NOT at all what I read and I was very angry that Nearly all of them were practical. Soon after, Thailand changed all there requirements resulting in this certificate to be a waste of time. I requested to terminate the course because I didn’t even start it yet and it wasn’t necessary anymore, but due to just being outside the cooling off period, I was not able to quit the course and still required to pay the remainder 12 months direct debt which equaled to $4500 from my memory.

I understand when you sign up to something you agree to a contract, but I believe proper reason for terminating should defintely be considered and you should be allowed too within reason. I also didn’t appreciate being mislead with the what the course was about and felt I was completely fooled. I also think it’s very strange that you can’t pay extra money to it with your online banking, your needing to call everytime to make additional payments and majority of the time you can never get a hold of them.

My experience this morning when talking to Marc from Student Services was fantastic! He was friendly, helpful and efficient. My issue was fixed on the spot, thank you Marc!

Laine was very friendly and was very patient with my queries. Assisted me with all my doubts and did not take long to help me out. I was on hold for very few minutes which was really good.

I had a very concerning experience with this provider.!

I enrolled over the phone and was not clearly informed about the full terms and total cost of the course. I did not personally complete or review the agreement before it was processed.

I have never accessed or attended any classes, and I submitted a cancellation request which was confirmed. However, I am still being required to pay the full course fee.

I am currently disputing this matter as I believe this situation is unfair and does not reflect proper informed consent.

I recommend that others carefully review all terms and ensure full understanding before agreeing to anything.
