I've been workign with Founder Catlayst all year on several rounds of funding raises.

The product is great: providing a slick experience for foudners and investors alike.

In addition, customer service is fantastic, with very quick turnaround on queries and thorough responses to any questions.

We signed up to FC following a recommendation from several founders I met through startup networks. You and your documents are in safe hands - the real bonus is being able to ask loads of questions and get support on so many random things that aren't directly documentation but necessary for a raise (eg how do you write a valuation document, what do you include in your data room, disclosure). You can ask these both from FC and the FC founder community.

Wasted a load of money with Seed Legals originally. Advice from some junior guys there vs Sam (a multiple exited founder and investor himself) doesn’t even compare.

Being a new Founder is absolutely terrifying - especially when it comes to do the legal and other work around investment raising. Founder Catalyst made our first raise soooooo much easier. Sam started advising us and answering all our questions before we'd even paid him anything. He helped us get our SEIS Advance Assurance seamlessly and was there for offer help and advice and every step of our raise. His support has been there long after and we know that we'll always use Found Catalyst for any raises going forward. It's so much more affordable than anything else on offer and the personalised support and care makes all the difference.

The level of service you receive is not in line with how much you pay. Typical saas businesses will take your payment and offer no support but I would argue you receive a lot more support and service than you pay for. Sam is a wealth of knowledge as well

Sam, Andy and the team are excellent at what they do and have a slick platform that has been really beneficial to us and our investors. Most importantly they go to great lengths to provide a quality service.

Sam and his team delivered exactly as promised at a price point that was well below the value we received, but entirely appropriate for the stage of development of the company. It resulted in an SEIS/EIS review and approval from HMRC in less than 25 hours from submission! at the time, a new record I believe. A huge de-stressor for a startup in that early phase and a welcome confidence booster.

Founder Catalyst is founded and ran by people who have themselves built from the ground up so the service is based on addressing the heart of what is needed - support that saves time, effort, costs. They remove the need to learn more than is needed to manage and close a fundraising round. The platform simplifies and streamlines by providing and hosting the necessary documentation. This enables both the founder and investor to efficiently review, sign, and close the deal. The resources are clear, incredibly helpful, and provide all of the (actionable) information to cut through the noise and do the heavy lifting for you - saving precious time, effort, and stress in what is already a typically complicated and unchartered process. Sam and the team are founder-first and provide incredible support, community, and service. I couldn't recommend more.
