Fantastic and practical
Friendly, helpful, understanding, and practical staff helped me to find a solution to an urgent problem. The flexibility of approach and level of service demonstrated enabled me to hire a unit at a weekend and in sufficient time that I could also hire a van and move everything I needed to on the same day, this was invaluable.

Hi Elizabeth,
Thank you for your review. We’re pleased to hear you found our location convenient and the team helpful.
We aim to make every visit straightforward and welcoming, so it’s great to know that came across. We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback.
BEWARE!
Promise of special rates to be offered after the initial 2 months promotional prices … these ‘special’ prices never manifested themselves, full extortionate price was charged every time, even though they were assured that we intended to continue to store our stuff at Fox’s for many months to come.
Little or no communication evident between the ‘shop floor’ staff, and the frequently referred to Accounts Team. LOOK OUT!

Thank you for your feedback. We feel it is important to clarify the situation for the benefit of all our customers. Unfortunately, in this instance, the issue arose because there were outstanding payments that had not been settled over several months. We provided multiple reminders and communicated this clearly.
We pride ourselves on offering very generous promotional rates and high-quality refurbished facilities, and we always ensure that the terms are transparent from the start. After the promotional period, the standard rate applies, and we believe our pricing remains competitive.
We understand that this may have been disappointing, but it is important for us to maintain fairness and consistency for all customers. We welcome any further discussion to ensure that everyone fully understands our terms and the value we offer.
Thank you for the opportunity to clarify, and we remain committed to providing excellent service and competitive pricing to all our clients.
Very helpful great service and price
Very helpful great service and price. Only downside was the complicated payment method for the first payment which was confusing and I didnt like. I would have thought payment on a card machine would have sufficed!

Last minute needs for storage met and expectations exceeded.
Having come to a sudden need of storage options, I frantically googled local facilities (as is the way) i looked at a few places with units too small or way too expensive and then found fox.
I visited the site to judge the size and it was perfect for my needs.
Vincent, the attendee of the day, was super helpful and even got me a great deal on an smaller overflow unit when my needs changed for a second time in the same day! Great service, location is perfect for us and well priced. Thank you!
