Fantastic company - nothing was too much trouble. Any questions before my move were answered straight away and the move day went as smooth as it possibly could.
My BBQ cover was accidentally left behind and this was resolved with an immediate replacement. Would highly recommend this company - great value and great service.

I used Moveupnow to empty furniture from my mother’s flat. They were brilliant! Easy to communicate with, prompt, reliable and very helpful with suggestions when the British Heart Foundation let us down on the day. I couldn’t recommend them more highly.

I originally only booked for 1 load however Stratos and Hugo tailored to what I needed and had time to do another load to my new house! Stratos was very responsive to questions and helped me think through exactly what I needed, leaving flexibility for changes. His assistant on the day was doing his first move. Stratos explained calmly and patiently all the elements to take care off to him - his calm nature made what could have been a stressful day, run very smoothly. I highly recommend him and would use him in the future.

I needed a Soho Home table moving with a marble top that weighed 180kg+ and the team were able to help me at the last minute. Delightful to deal with from start to finish, and great at communication. I’d highly recommend the team to anyone!

My partner and I were a little apprehensive about booking a moving service, as a gay couple, having heard some homophobic horror stories. As it turns out, we needn't have been. At every stage the team were friendly and helpful and they made the whole process easy. We'd definitely book them again, for packing and moving.

Great, friendly staff. They accommodated my needs despite a very short notice, came as early as they could and the job was done in an hour. They didn't use me and charged me more,as I was looking to move in the weekend bank holiday. I will definitely will use them again.

We have just moved from Oxford to Warrington, and could not have been more impressed with the team from Move up now. They were so professional, helpful and efficient with disassembling our furniture, loading their vans, unloading their vans and then reassembling our furniture. If we hadn't had their help and expertise our move would have been so much more stressful. I cannot recommend them enough, they were amazing.

Stratos and his team did an excellent job moving me into my new apartment. They were punctual, considerate and very efficient, loading and unloading items carefully in a relatively short period of time. Stratos was clear in his communication throughout from initial quote to final payment. He also provided a competitive quote which he honored at the end of the move. They took the stress out of moving and I would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone moving home.

Excellent communication from start to finish, the service was impeccable and the two men were excellent & very careful with all of our special furniture.
We stopped at an address on the way to fetch the fridge so accommodating would be another notable adjective for this company! Speedy, very professional and overall lovely friendly men.
