Foxy Rentals Reviews

We have hired from Foxy Rentals many times for work especially for the Driffield and Ryedale Show. They are a brilliant service and have amazing staff which are very helpful! The vans are spacious and clean and perfect for any occasion! I would definitely recommend to anyone.

#BestVanCompanyGoing

Van was due back at 4.30pm originally, but they said it could be 8am if I needed it longer so I called up to agree an 8am return. I left it outside overnight as I needed my car back. Came in the next morning and they had moved the van inside.

They charged me £50 call out fee because they don't like the vans parked on the street as its dangerous. He also said it was £50 specifically because it was 'the director' who came out on the night!

Nothing was ever mentioned to me about not parking outside even though they claim its in the disclaimer and insist they tell everyone.

Disgusting service from start to finish with these. First time using them, didn't explain anything and found the staff unwilling to help unless you use them regularly. Nowhere near as efficient as places like beerhouse or enterprise. Never again. They're not even worthy of the 1 star. AVOID

They refuse to give me back my deposit since I returned the car under illegal pretexts. I had to start legal proceedings. The staff no longer responds.

Really very impressed. Friendly, professional and unfussy service. Reasonably priced. Helpful and would certainly recommend to others if they were looking for local hire company.
And didn't hassle me yo review them!

If you need a van don’t go anywhere else . Staff lovely , good value . The vehicles are prepared by people who care . Would definitely use again .

After been let down by a larger company at the last minute (enterprise), I rang this company, they sorted a vehicle out for me in minutes, and they were £120 cheaper.
Foxy rentals staff and company were just perfect.
Thank you.

What a great company! I rang to enquire about their range of vehicles as I wasn’t sure what best suited my needs. They were very knowledgeable about their products, very polite, professional and helpful. Set me up with just what I needed, and told me all the info I needed to bring with me on the morning of collection. The process of hiring only took 5 minutes. The vehicle was only a year old and like new! Inside and out was immaculate. Very clean, and the vehicle drove very well! On return the staff were again very polite and professional, checked the vehicle and returned my deposit. Very good company to hire from!

Staff refused to give us our deposit back after returning vehicle. Spoke to me like I was s*** and refused to give me details as to why.
DO NOT USE!!

This company is the most helpful I have used, they couldn't have given a better service.Highly recommended.

Again another excellent experience from Foxy Rentals. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Great owner and perfect customer service. Very very happy.

Great service.

Looking to hire a van from a local company to where my holiday home is. Looked through their T&C’s before booking. Nothing stated about needing to be local.

I booked and reserved paying deposit online.

I got a call from an office lady, advising don’t you have a local address. Advised only holiday home but licence and bank in my home address.

Did not like me saying am not happy with the lack of information. Her reply “I just work here, you can speak to director”

So I did, explained my situation and reason for rental. He did advise they can speak to insurance but could take 72 hours. However my rental was for Wednesday and was not taking chances.

I asked if they online for reviews. He said yes, so I did reply ok thanks will leave one and he got quite a***y.

Left google review and manager lied about my contact with office to make out customer in wrong and they all good.

No confirmation of refund has been received.

I recently had the pleasure of using Foxy Rentals in Hull for a van hire, and I couldn't be happier with my entire experience. From start to finish, Foxy Rentals exceeded my expectations and provided exceptional service.

First and foremost, the booking process was extremely straightforward and user-friendly. Foxy rentals website was easy to navigate and i was able to find the perfect van for my needs in no time at all. The website provided all the necessary information including van specifications, pricing and availability, making it effortless to compare options and make an informed decision.

On the day of pickup, the staff at foxy Rentals were friendly, professional and efficient. They explained the rental terms, answered all my questions, and ensured i was comfortable with the vans operation before setting off. The vehicle itself was in impeccable condition, clean and well maintained. This made the experience with foxy a 5* experience.

I highly recommend Foxy Rentals to anybody in the Hull and surrounding areas for an amazing Van Hire company.

Once again thanks to the organisation for a wonderful service.

We hired a VW Transporter for our fishing trip to France from Booking to returning nothing was to much trouble van was as advertised all the staff are fantastic will 100% use again
5* Foxy

Paid on card for a taxi twice from alternative area. When I'm in my home town on a weekend they never fsil..As soon as I go out of that area the taxi's don't want to know..2 years down the drain.....Never again...OK when it suits them in their area...Two years, every time I'm outside the area they let me down, not interested...And i' ve complained about this before..I'm stuck here right now at 12.30 with no option but to walk...

Absolutely amazing , morally and ethical company ❤

Hired a Luton van today from these wonderful people.
Couldn’t be easier. So friendly, helpful, efficient and extremely reasonable price. Wouldn’t go anywhere else now.
Also ethical to whom they work with, noting banning companies using their vans to transport animals for vivisection 👏👍

I recently rented a van from Foxy Rentals, and I am thrilled with the experience. The staff was friendly and professional, and the van was in excellent condition. The entire process, from reservation to return, was hassle-free. I highly recommend Foxy Rentals for their exceptional service and well-maintained vehicles.
