I understand these are a budget skate but the mounting system leaves a piece of metal protruding under the sole of the skate that is quite uncomfortable.

I was very impressed by Foxyskates products that I gave my granddaughter a pair for her birthday. She just loves them so much. She told me that the quality is excellent and they are super fast lol . I also got her the carry bag for the skates. I got them at a great price and she is really enjoying them. I would definitely recommend buying foxyskates for yourself or as a gift for roller skating fans.

BEWARE. I ordered two pairs of skates in the middle of June and was promised 3 to 5 day shipping. I have only received one pair and its the wrong color. According to reviews this is an ongoing problem. There is no response from their help line despite four seperate emails. Maybe if I take my complaint to their socials I will FINALLY get some help. Take your business elsewhere. Foxy Skates is a scam.

Great quality and great fit! I had originally purchased a size too large, but the exchange for the correct size was very easy. The customer service is excellent!

I ordered the wrong size on accident and reached out to customer service as soon as I noticed. They were SUPER nice and helpful! They made sure I was sent the right size and were so kind about my mistake. The skates fit perfectly and they’re absolutely beautiful! I can’t wait to start learning a few tricks now that I have skates that aren’t so old the ball bearings are falling out 😂

The site was user friendly. When I had questions, they were quick to respond & accommodating to needed size, that was that wasn’t available through the site.

I was missing some laces but they sent those within days to me with the bag that was out of stock, which they notified me right away when they had them again good thing cause they had special on them. I have been wanting to get skates for a long time. I am so excited about this brand and ready to break my new skates in.

The skate is beautiful and durable. I am 9 1/2 shoe and the 10 boot fits perfectly. I asked how much weight skates hold. I don’t recall the exact number but skates tested over 300lbs. That test made my choice of skates easy. I am a little concerned about the crease in the right boot from the 3rd lace hook down angling up to almost top up boot. It will not be noticeable. I just hope it doesn’t worsen or crack open and pretty pink glitter fall out. Overall love the skates and recommend Foxy Skates. I have not been on skates for 30 years. I think I will wait to Wednesday to try them out. The rink says Wednesday is a good night for beginners and family. September the rink has Thursday adults only. Want to be able to skate by then. I have to lose weight. Hate exercise. Trying to find fun activities like skating to build muscle and lose weight. Thank you Foxy Skate for making a beautiful skate that fits and can support even me. Can’t wait to try them out. Just what I wanted.
