Really pleased with their service and prices. Highly recommend

We arranged the first call out with fps to come show us how to use the sprinkler system and tell us how it works. The young boy was very polite and very knowledgeable. We then arranged our service while the boy was here. We had to cancel one and they were very accommodating over the phone getting another appointment booked for the following week. The gentleman who came and service the system was really good in and out in no time at all. No complaints what so ever

Tom from FPS visited to explain the Sprinkler system in our new Persimmon home. The insight and explanation was far more detailed than could be taken from the documentation supplied in the Welcome pack, so a visit is certainly worth booking.

Nathan arrived early by arrangement and did a very thorough inspection. He was very pleasant and helpful.

Nathan came to complete our 1st service for our sprinkler system. He was professional and friendly throughout whilst carrying out the service with care in our house. Nathan was a great help in trying to troubleshoot our system. He was punctual, had excellent communication skills and was approachable. I would recommend his services.

Tom turned up on time (which is always appreciated!) and explained the system clearly, answering my questions without any judgement if they were silly or not and I even got a sticker with instructions in case I forgot anything 😁 - lovely, professional lad, thank you!

Tom completed a “customer care” visit to explain the workings of our residential sprinkler system.
Tom represented FPS very well by being punctual, enthusiastic and very informative. I liked the fact that Tom brought examples of the components with home and explained how they worked.
Tom was also considerate by wearing overshoe protectors in our new home.
