The NFT platform requires KYC for buying and selling, but the problem is that they use an automated system. If a minor error occurs or a document is slightly blurry the system automatically blocks the verification page.
There is absolutely no second chance to correct the mistake. Furthermore, there is no support team or anyone available to help I have submitted multiple support tickets, but they have remained pending for nearly two years without a single response. Please, do not waste your time on this platform.

I am trying to complete the KYC verification on Fragment, but after my first attempt was rejected, I am no longer able to restart or resubmit the verification process.

The system does not allow me to retry the KYC, and there is no clear option to reset or fix the issue. I have contacted support several times via email, but I have never received any response.

The complete lack of customer support and communication makes the service extremely frustrating and unusable in situations like this, especially when no explanation or solution is provided.

As of now, my issue remains unresolved and I have not received any assistance.

Just wanted to by a stupid snake gift on TG for his birthday. Originally bought stars, but then it said I had to buy TONs. Minimum payment for TONs is $20. Fine.
After paying 20 bucks for the stupid TONs I go to try to buy the gift and it says its not connected to my account. After googling for like an hour I finally figure out how to connect it and it asks for my passport and all my identifying infomation! Just to buy a stupid snake gif that I already totally overpaid for. I would saw the chlen off of whatever satanic individual invented this stupid thing. it is so obviously a scam

I recently attempted to complete the KYC process on Fragment to withdraw Stars from my bots. I submitted my valid passport, followed all instructions, and was denied instantly, under five seconds, with a generic message and no explanation. Then, I'm completely blocked from retrying verification.

Browsing Trustpilot, I see I’m not alone:

“They can’t verify any identity and they don’t reply to mails in years.”

“Verification always fails without a f$cking reason. No customer service. Useless.”

This reeks of automation without accountability. As a paying user, being stuck with your funds and getting zero help is unacceptable. Fragment claims to be an intermediary to a blockchain-based system (TON), but support is nonexistent, and trust is shattered.

Avoid relying on Stars for payouts, there is a real chance you won’t be able to withdraw them.

I have just sent a support request to Fragment. If they reply and the issue gets resolved, I will update this review accordingly.

I almost fell for it until I saw the reviews here. They literally saved me.

The situation was that a random person messaged me on Telegram, claiming they wanted to buy my username for an NFT for crypto project deal, offering 2000 TON. Keep in mind, my username is not special at all; it’s just 6 characters, so I knew it couldn’t be worth that much. He claimed that this price was normal in the market, but when I checked the conversion, 2000 TON was almost $7000 USD. That raised my suspicion.

Also, I’m not into crypto, and I don’t even have a wallet. Then he sent me a video of someone supposedly completing a deal with him, where he sent him 8000 TON, around $27,000 USD. I got a bit greedy and told him to raise the offer, and he immediately increased it to 3000 TON without hesitation or asking why. That was another red flag.

To make it even sketchier, his grammar was really bad. It just didn’t feel professional at all.

The core of this scam is a fake ‘5% exchange fee,’ which they claim is like an insurance or refundable fee after the transaction is completed. So if the deal was for 2000 TON, they’d ask for 100 TON upfront, which is about $333 USD.

Thank God I didn’t fall for this scam

Since my initial review I have heard back from them inquiring about the issue I'm facing or did face, the discrimination against me and refusal to serve me due to the name of the document I used for identification. I used license rather than something that says the words id card. Same thing thou plus an extra privilege on one. Like I said if any English man comes to a store in America & asks to buy some fags, you sell him the cigarettes he's asking for. You don't deny him service due to him calling the same exact thing something different you just accept it and do the right thing. Needless to say this Godless company first on telegram support I asked about all of this to see if they could help & no one answered. The next day or 2 days later when I inquired about why they've wrote people back that come after me and before me but ignored me they deleted my message so I went back to take a screenshot to prove that I had messaged first between two people who both got answered & they already beat me and deleted it. That's when I emailed and days later received the email from them. Since informing them once again in detail what happened. I have yet to hear back from them and their godless employees who discriminate and hate Americans from what I'm gathering. I guess they're not from here. I don't like America but not everyone in America is of America, the greedy immoral type so they shouldn't deny people because of their American ID because they call it drivers license rather than ID. So they gave me hope when I got the email thinking I was wrong but they proved me right and haven't answered back in weeks. The dirty little Satanist

Smart CONTACT SCAM FEE 5%

The will set up a fake bid bot requesting to sell your username redirecting you to fragment , after the contact smart fee (seller) is been paid by seller ou will received nothing and your funds will be deducted and gone from your TonKeeper wallet address , their contact support are unresponsive and not helping ,,,BEWARE ITS A SCAM APP IN TELEGRAM and well elaborated

This is a scam. I had a offer for my teligram username 1600 TON to do that I have pay 80 TON commission. After pay the commission they always have a excuse for freez money such as current wallet is v4r2 and use v5r2 wallet for transfer TON and also the said user did many attempt to make an exchange. Don't be wast your money guys.

.Les vrais offres de fragments seront venir à partir du robot fragment sur télégramme et là sur cette Bot vous pouvez voir d'autres personnes qui sont sur ce bot, attention pour ne pas dire que fragment vous prendre de l'argent . Savez il y a des scammers qui voulaient passer pour des personnes qui vous offre de l'argent , pendant qu'il vous demande de l'argent.
Il est vrai que vous paierez 5% de cette offre .
Mais ça se fait automatiquement sur fragment après que tu valides si vous voulez le vendre.
Le plus simple vous même vous pouvez placer votre username en vente mais tu n'as pas besoin d'argent pour le faire seule la personne qui voulait acheter qui doivent débourser.

Worst website ever no customer service at all I have an offer for my user name of 2000 ton that equals £4600 but it will not link to my fragment account I have been trying and trying I have reached out to fragment but I get ignored don't waste your with fragment.

Worst website ever! Non-professional at all, no customer service, and they are shit. No replies. A website like this should have very professional and active support. The verification process is terrible, always getting rejected without a f$cking reason. This website is useless shit now.

Received an offer to purchase my telegram screen name. According to the support bot to accept the offer required a 5% commission/transaction fee be transferred and paid in TON. Upon doing so I was informed I used the wrong type of wallet to transact and that unless I used a v4 wallet my funds would be frozen in the smart contract. The thing is when I reached out to support again I was told the exact opposite and to use a v5 wallet. When I decided not to proceed I was badgered and “do as I was told to complete the transaction.” And that my previously deposited funds would remain frozen and inaccessible otherwise. It’s crazy because the site is endorsed and listed as a service on many telegram and web3 platforms and would otherwise lead one to believe it is a legitimate platform. But unfortunately it would appear de facto a very sophisticated and elaborate scam.
