Received an order which was too big. Went through the returns process and paid almost £12 for a label to exhange for a small size. The label never arrived, I chased and chased to be told ‘oh sorry the quickest way is for you get this sorted is to pay again and return it yourself’. I’ve emailed and emailed, had a response on social media full of promises and sorrys and that was a week ago. This was a gift for my son’s 18th birthday which I am stuck with and out of pocket! Disgraceful. Never ever again.

Belles bagues en revanche manque de réactivité de la part du service client.
J’avais commandé une bague pour mon conjoint (trop grande), je l’ai renvoyée reçue la nouvelle mais encore une fois trop grande, je n’arrive pas à recontacter pour la renvoyer…
Mon conjoint essaye de les joindre désespérément car séduit par la marque, il a commandé d’autres bagues, mais une est trop grande, il a demandé un bon de retour, payé les frais, mais n’a jamais reçu le bon………
Pouvez-vous faire quelque chose ? 🙏

Good quality product. Exact fit. The real thing is exactly as pictured on the store website.

Bagues au top, malheureusement je déconseille la Heartless Ring… seule inconvénient c’est qu’elle perd toujours ses diaments… 3x que je l’échange et 3x les diamants tombent au bout de 1 mois max même en prenant soin (ne pas se doucher avec, les enlever avant dormir, les mettre seulement pour sortir…). Dommage vraiment. En plus on veut plus me la reprendre pour l’échanger pour la 4eme fois.

I have been waiting now almost a month for a refund and the customer support doesn’t reply to me anymore. DO NOT BUY from this brand, poorest communication and customer service ever, and very disappointing material. Dont let the ads fool you.

Nice ring, but took it to a jeweler to be sized. It’s not silver. It’s pyrite. Something to consider before paying the cost.

I wanted to find a not basic gold bracelet and THIS was the perfect find. Sturdy a lot of personality and fashionable.

Je tiens à mettre à jour mon avis suite à la résolution de mon litige. Après une petite confusion initiale sur la politique de remboursement, l'équipe de Fragment Studio (et particulièrement Curtis) a été extrêmement professionnelle.

Ils ont reconnu une ambiguïté sur leur site, ont pris en charge les frais de retour et ont procédé au remboursement intégral très rapidement après réception du colis. C’est rare de voir une marque indépendante aussi honnête et soucieuse de ses clients. La bague était magnifique, c’est seulement un regret pour la taille, mais je n'hésiterai pas à commander de nouveau chez eux. Merci pour votre sérieux !
