Not genuine
Not a genuine product. I have used the original product for a year or so, this smells very different.
Unable to return as the returns policy is that you can only return if the seal hasn't been broken.
Take note peeps, if you know the original scent well, dont risk buying a decanted version.
I've learned my lesson.

Thanks for your feedback. You placed your order on the 8th April, your order was shipped on the 8th April and according to tracking it was received on the 9th April. I can't see how receiving it after a day of ordering can constitute late delivery.

The first one had a leaky container but since I had a replacement, there is nothing to complain about! Thank you for your excellent service, I will definitely visit again!

AMAZING SERVICE
They send out authentic fragrances i have had mine tested at it was a perfect match down to the oil percentage. They are very quick to sending out the decanted fragrances and they are kind enough to send free samples. :)

Outstanding fragrance samples
Outstanding fragrance samples, the selection of samples i ordered were amazing. Went above and beyond as I requested a fragrance which was not listed and was provided this. I love that they have a lot of my old favourites in stock, tried and tested, bang on the money. Will recommend always. MP

Decant watered down or possibly not genuine
I ordered a decant, unfortunately when sprayed i got a strong alcohol smell, then absolutely nothing. There was no smell, on my skin or fabric, and i sprayed on two different fabrics. I have an original sample of the scent I ordered from elsewhere to compare, and I knew immediately this decant is either not genuine, or watered down. I returned it and got my money back,the reason I was given was there can be differences between batches, however, in my 20 years of collecting perfume, and often repurchasing many over the years, ive never had such a difference between batches. I won't be coming back to buy more. You say you are perfume enthusiasts, well so am I, and I would never do that to anyone. Only thing you have going for you is fast posting, and it was packed well, and you refunded me, but you lack honesty.

We pride ourselves on being enthusiasts, so it is concerning to hear that you felt our honesty was lacking. Please know that we take claims like this very seriously. We have checked the specific stock used for your decant to ensure there isn't a wider issue with that particular bottle.
