I ordered a vase for an event and it never arrived (although it was supposed to be delivered on time). When I checked tracking I saw they’d delivered it to the opposite side of the country. I let them know that it was mis-shipped, now late, and to cancel my order. They lied and said they’d already shipped a new product out (impossible as I was the one who notified them at the same time as cancel request). Then they said they would refund me partially, but I had to pay the exorbitant restocking fee, again I’ve never even received anything! I requested a full refund or that I would call my credit card company and they never replied. Thankfully all this ridiculousness is documented in one email so I’m not concerned about the full refund, it’s just a hassle to have to go through this. Terrible customer service.

Tina was very helpful. She went above and beyond to price match.

I chatted with Tina at France and Son about a better price for an item on another website. Not only did she match that price, she BEAT it. And the whole process took less than 5 minutes. I am very satisfied. Thank you!!

The dresser is great quality. The customer service was terrific. The White Glove delivery was flawless. Christian and Elias took great care to deliver this heavy dresser, without a scratch on it. Their communication on the day of delivery was much appreciated. I highly recommend them.
