Poor service
Website said available and so we placed the order and paid, but it wasn’t and had a lengthy delay, and finally once available, there was no notification of its arrival date/time. The response was an abject apology. Not good enough!

I did a lot of research before I got this bin I couldn’t decide on the 100L or the 200L.As there’s just 2 of us I decided on the 100L. After 3 weeks I’ve got it up to 57c which I’m really happy about . Instructions are clear ,you just need to follow the ‘ recipe ‘ to achieve good results . I’m really pleased with it

Slight defect to one piece of arch.
When constructing the arch we found a slight defect. We sent pictures by email to Franktons and very quickly received a replacement.
Very easy to assemble and the rose arch looks great

I ordered a Hot Bin, not expecting it to arrive for a while and was surprised days later, when I received the email informing me when delivery would take place. The item was securely packaged and I have started using it. Wonderful product and excellent service from Frankton’s.
