This will be the 3rd time we have used Fraser James Blinds and they never disappoint. From initial enquiry via email the process was very fast, friendly and professional.
Roy once again was helpful with all the samples requested and very friendly and pleasant.
Prices are competitive in today's market, the quality is excellent. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the team and we will be using them again later in the year.

The perfect fit blinds do not seem to be the same quality of product as the shutters & curtains I have had previously so am concerned as to their longevity.
Roy the estimator pleasant, efficient & helpful as ever as were the office staff but unfortunately the fitter less so

Ned and Justin carried out the installation of my shutters. From arriving they conducted themselves with a professional work ethic.
I liked how they greeted me by introducing themselves. Which in my opinion shows that they are trustworthy. I was impressed how they were friendly, approachable, polite and easy to talk too. Worked nonstop till they finished.

The after-sales support was exceptional! Much appreciated

Very happy with the shutters. They've made the front of the house look great, both inside and out. Very good quality. The fitter was professional and gave lots of tips. Came to Fraser James after a recommendation and will definitely pass that onto others! Will be using them again. Thankyou!
