Some divine products from Free Spirit. I haven't taken my Unakite bracelet off since it arrived, it feels so comfortable and grounding to wear. It's so pretty and delicate. It sparkles with light and brings me deep joy. Thank you.

Fast delivery and the item was exactly as specified.
I love the bracelet, every bead is gorgeous and the adjustable button design fastening is a great idea. Everyone compliments my bracelet. I want more for me and everyone!

I ordered a Mala Brad necklace- amethyst and blue jasper beads. Very nice, just as in photo.

An offer popped up, suggesting I might like a similar bracelet, which appeared to match the Mala necklace. It showed an offer, it would be reduced to £8.

I bought both. Highly disappointed with the bracelet with the beads measuring much smaller than the photo made them look. I could have bought a bracelet like this from any outdoor market for little over £1 I feel. The pho misrepresented this bracelet making the photo magnify the beads looking to match those of the Mala beads and matching in colour too.

I feel it was like being tricked into paying more for the Mala beads by adding a product with the image enlarged to make it appear to be of the same standard as the necklace which it wasn’t.

The Mala beads were excellent, but another £8 on the purchase price for what looks like a child’s sized bead bracelet (although it fits an adult, it looks out of perspective- more like love beads.) An overall costly purchase for one useable item.

I wouldn't recommend your store to anyone. The jewelry is inferior. There isn't even a hallmark on the ring. And it looks like silver from China. There are no real turquoises on the chain either.
Too bad. Completely rubbish.
And when it is on sale, you cannot return that rubbish!

Easy transaction, postage was faster than expected, came much sooner.

The tibetan luck bands are nice and tight and good quality.

I will be buy the blue ones base on this experience.

The service is fantastic and the reception staff are so friendly and helpful. The best thing is the chef.You won't get a better meal any where else. He is fantastic.

The mala I ordered has beautiful clear and bright healing stones. It perks up a darkish coloured outfit perfectly. Please see the photo of the mala against the grey. Free Spirit offers good product for a nominal sum. Very fairly priced!!!

I own over 10 different iwatch bands and bracelets made by Free Spirit and I love every one of them. They are extremely easy to put on and I get so many compliments when I wear them. They make also great gifts and will always be a great addition to everyone's jewelry collection so this is my go to place for gifts now.

Received in about 10 days. The craftmanship is amazing, top quality. The beads are genuine Amazonite and they feel so calming which was exactly what I was looking for.

I have enjoyed my bracelets and watch bands. They are beautiful and I receive compliments all the time. I have so many pieces in my collection now.

Free Spirit has great products and reasonable prices. I'm impressed with their customer service as they worked with me to resolve a problem with one of my last four purchases. I'm happy with everything I have bought from them.

My ordered items were worth £125. Last item worth £28 was shipped using royal mail and we're received without any issue. The rest worth £97 were shipped using EVRI. They did not deliver the package and posted "delivered" on their tracking page. They have an IVR customer care service that disconnects half way through the call. Free-spirit are silent on this.

Update 31.08.2024: it is not true they did offer the option to return the earrings for a full refund. They said I would have first to pay the costs for sending them back by myself (which is more than the earrings cost). They still offer the earring with gold crinkles in their shop, but in reality the earrings are made without the gold crinkles (is not a thing with the natural stone because the gold crinkles should be applied to the earrings).

Unfortunately, the earrings do not correspond to the picture in the sales advert. In particular, the gold cracks are not applied to the earrings except for a few millimetres around the edge. There are only cracks with a brownish colour - a pity.

Update: the custom service is also bad - they only say, that „all stone look like this“. That the earrings look obviously different from the picture in the shop and are just not worked finished (with the applied gold crinkles on it like the picture in the shop) is ignored. It seems like scam …

I ordered two pairs of the teardrop earrings, about 3 months after ordering a lovely wrap bracelet. I adore ALL 3 of my purchases. Great Quality, gorgeous stones! The earrings are lighter than I expected, which is good. These are stunning, fetching me lots of compliments!

The two bands I purchased were even more beautiful than expected. Truly unique pieces made perfectly. I love my new Apple watch bands, they turn my watch into a beautiful piece of jewelry. I will certainly get more colors and different designs!

I love this bracelet. This is my first purchase from Free Spirit. It’s very stylish, super comfortable and the perfect size. Colors of the gemstones are very vibrant. I was worried about the shipping turn around but it was actually very quick to receive my order.

What a sad experience so far; I've never received the item I ordered and the tracking devices don't work. What a scam.

The piece I ordered arrived 3 weeks later, no information about the delay of the delivery. The jewelry was fabricated in China, that's the reason for the delay. Actually, the piece is very beautiful, and pretty as it was described in the advertisement
