Product very attractive however after only a few weeks of wearing it has started to unravel, the cord used to make these bracelets is obviously below par I lost several crystals from the bracelet and I have now stopped wearing it as it falling apart. NOT worth the money they charge, better off going to a supplier who uses materials that last.
I have just received a response from this supplier and they have said I have purchased more than once. This is a lie. I have only purchased the one bracelet and certainly wouldn't purchase from this company EVER again.

Utter rubbish ! The items are cheap and nasty - not at all what you should expect for the price. They take forever to arrive (as come from China). They will only give a store credit for returns. They have sent me the wrong item, but refuse to admit it. I can return (at my expense) and wait for a credit, but I can't think of anything I would want from this awful company. The photos where clearly done in very good lighting and in a clever way as the actual products are nothing like the quality from the photos. The bracelet I received feels like it would fall apart at the slightest pull. Get better quality from Wish !!!. Do not order from them.

I am happy with the four necklaces I bought. They look lovely and make me feel happy.

I bought 3 items from Free Spirit but when I received them, I only got two (which were the bracelets). I had ordered a pair of pyrite and labradorite earrings. I emailed their customer service and they immediately replied saying that the earrings were arriving. True enough they arrived a week later.

I'm giving them 4.8 stars because the earrings arrived late. However, the items were of good quality, really loved them!

Ok, listen up, those that know me, know I say it as it is. The earrings are absoultely beautiful. The craftmanship and the skill that has gone into the making, leaves me feeling how little I know. I have no hesitations in highly, recommending you Free Spirit for your purchases. The company was quick to deliver the item and the item exceeded my expectations. Complete scam!

I bought this supposedly “natural” turquoise necklace priced at $33 Canadian dollars and found the exact same at Aliexpress for $7.16! They didn’t even bother change the model photo, it is exactly the same! My order is in transit but i want to return as soon as i get it and refund!

Ordered on April 15th (or earlier) and still have not received my order. Tracking number is Chinese and although Free Spirit Shop says its arrived in the USA ...
THEY DON'T KNOW WHERE IT IS OR WHY IT DOESN'T HAVE A U.S. TRACKING NUMBER. I no longer want the products, don't believe they will ever be delivered and asked for a refund. I was told to wait another 2 weeks. I'm thinking this place is not legit.

My bracelet took around 3 weeks to arrive. Its perfect I have to say, just like the online images. My main gripe, getting a detailed answer as to why tracking didn’t work and where it was being shipped from. Many emails back and forth, I was worried it was a scam but its not. I have ordered items myself from China and India quicker than this. I have no issue with it coming from China at all but if only they would say. Genuine crystal not plastic as a few indicated. My faith restored, I would buy from this company again.

I love the products HOWEVER the turnaround on the orders is slower than a snail on strike!!! One of the bracelets I ordered broke after 3 months of intermittent wearing. Very disappointing.

I bought Jasper mala beads and earrings, it is plastic not even a different type of crystal. The amethyst earrings I bought have the exact same markings as the photo in the ad so they must be carefully dyed to look "authentic". They were delivered from China, shoved inside bubble wrap, no signs that they came from Free Spirit. When I tried to return the products, the return address is in France (but the customer service number is in America)
Look carefully at their other reviews, some are clearly not authentic. The comments for Facebook are locked and you can't actually write a review on their website.
I did get my money back buy posting here and on Instagram that it's a scam. Finally I got a very polite email asking me to remove my post and in exchange they would give me a full refund. Now I have the refund I am posting again because I don't want others to go through what I went through.

Do not buy plastic beads from here!
These are fake! I already buy crystals from 2 suppliers and know how to test if these are genuine. I bought 2 crystal prayer bead bracelets from free-spirit-shop.com, one for £22 and the other £31 just received. When I put a gentle flame under the bead it leaves a burn mark AND you can see where the beads like plastic beads has a halfway mark where they were stuck together to make a ball.

Also, as the tracking informed this came from China therefore made in China. That’s says it all. What a rip off! I won’t even use it and will donate to charity.

I ordered the Lotus flower Crystal candle stick holders. After waiting two months (I thought they were lost) they arrived yesterday. They are stunning. Much nicer than I expected. I am thrilled beyond compare. I was beginning to think it was a scam, but boy was I wrong. I can’t thank you enough for the quality of the product. You made a true believer out of me. Thank You! Love my crystal Lotus Flower Candle holders!

The bracelet has fun colors and gives a Blair to my wardrobe.

The only reason that I did not give it 5 stars was because half of my order took about a month and a half to arrive. HOWEVER, the quality is excellent and I absolutely love the customer service. I receive so many compliments on my necklaces (I have ordered four and will be ordering more soon).
The customer service was extremely communicative and would respond immediately (like, within an hour or two!).
I will most certainly be a repeat customer for a long time.

really bad support keep ignoring me/ didnt receive item ,ok happens but they dont refund also.now will have to resolve this on paypal\stay away guys \since you are useleess shiping worldwide , dont do it and screw people

I order two necklaces from this store on June 22 and have received nothing. Not only has my order not came, but whenever I try to contact this store, they never email back. I’ve tried several times, with multiple email addresses that should work. But they don’t. I don’t recommend buying from this store. I never got refunded for my order.

I have received my one of the watch bands that was ordered and it is not as described. Your website mentions that the crystals are authentic, they are not. After wrapping the band as instructed, it does not stay secure to my arm, which prevents my Apple Watch from operating as it should. The site says that the other three will be shipped in 12-25 days and that they have not been shipped yet. Please cancel the other three, there is nothing that I would be able to do with the bands. I will be sending the band back, please send return instructions. I am requesting a full refund as your website is completely dishonest.

Lastly, the tracking shows that the necklace that I ordered was shipped as well, however, this was not received. Please provide an update.

I love my bracelet! So many people have admired it for its gorgeous colours, texture and quality and it feels so calming to wear. I wish I had bought it earlier when I first fell in love with it :)
