Staff was always very understanding

I genuinely thought I’d be in debt forever and was so nervous about making the call, expecting the worst. Instead, the team at Freeman Jones were kind, understanding, and explained all of my options clearly without any pressure.

They helped me choose the best solution, talked me through every step, and made the whole process so much easier. I now have one affordable monthly payment through my IVA, and the relief I felt after that first phone call was unbelievable.

I honestly feel like I’ve got my life back. Thank you so much to everyone at Freeman Jones for all your help and support.

Update on my review.

I had a call from Natalie this evening who went through everything with me, so attachments did come through to them, she was very patient on the phone while I found them and re sent them over, Natalie gave me some advice regarding getting hold of the company and going forward I will send payslips as we get them so our account is always up to date and then nothing will go missing.

Unfortunately I can not rate this company, my anxiety is through the roof more with them than before, trying to get hold of anyone on the phone is a nightmare, over an hour waiting for someone to answer so I hang up never mind what day I call, send an email it takes a week for someone to reply they ask a question I reply then tales another week for a reply and another question. I send proof of things via email as the app doesn't allow me to send anything, I chase and chase that email with what they have asked for for someone 3 weeks down the line saying they haven't received the original email where I have sent my proofs, so I reply with the original emails attached. The problem is when you send an email I dont think my emails are being attached to my account because if they were we wouldn't have to do this back and forth for weeks its so frustrating, I am only 6 months in and trying to complete my review for payslips and income and expenditure updates. I only wish I went with a different company. They are making my mental health so much worse. Avoid if you can and find a better company with a much better response system where you are not constantly repeating yourself.

I was treated with respect and communication was excellent. With the help and guidance I received I am now feeling able to allow the weight of this debt to shift and allow me to breath and not feel ashamed and isolated. Thank you
