After having had my IVA in place for a few years. This month I experienced my first bump in the road with Freeman Jones. I'd been waiting for an update on a document for over a week and was yet to receive a response. After a number of calls and false promises I spoke to a lady called Catherine who advised she'd escalate my query to be looked into ASAP. After the amount of false promises I'd received I was unsure this escalation would happen. I was promised a call back by 2pm. I received a call from a gentleman called Adam who was a manager within the team. His level of customer service was impeccable and I couldn't thank him enough. He looked after my query and was resolved within 15 minutes of our call. Thank you again Adam. Your level of Customer Service should be something you should be proud of. You made a horrible situation turn into a pleasant one.

From the very first contact I have been kept informed, given comprehensive advice, treated really respectfully and explained to about everything step of the process. Nothing is too much trouble and any questions have been explained and answered fully. I have had contact with lovely people who have all acted with kindness, professionalism and complete respect. Everything was good and professional

The staff that dealt with our joint IVA were helpful, reassurring and non judgemental through out. For the time of the first phone call to the moment IVA was accepted we felt we was heard and minds put at ease. Majority of calls was dealt by Matthew and he was very helpful start to finish. Feel like the weight of the world has been lifted off my shoulders thank you so much..would highly recommend. Do not suffer

From the start everything was explained clearly, which made the whole process feel easy and much less stressful than I expected.

The customer service was excellent, the team were friendly, supportive, and always quick to respond to any questions I had. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble for them.

It was a relatively straigntforward process and all i spoke to were very helpful

I spoke to a few people on my first call. Everyone i have spoken to have been very understanding, supportive and friendly. They go through all options but are truthful with what they suggest you go for. Brilliant service. My Dad recommended them to me, as they helped him through hard times! The weight off your mind in the end is priceless. Thank you to you all.
