The staff at Freeman Jones were excellent and had all the time for me while sorting out my iva. They were fantastic with communication and also with time keeping keeping to every appointment that was made.

About a year ago i thought i was just sinking no one to turn to but luckily i was guided by a kind gentleman from customer services from a bank who gave me the No for Freeman Jones. Reluctant but finally I telephoned them and my situation was dealt with in confidence

Communication is awful. They don't respond to emails in a timely manner and they ignore legitimate questions.

From the beginning to being accepted for our debt solution freeman jones and there respective team have both been understanding and fully informative of the correct solution for our need.

Professional understanding and supportive from the beginning to where we are now and also found a solution of which we did not think possible.
