Takes over 2 months to get you refund that is $38 to get a $13 rebate, if you cancel beforehand they cancel your rebate. The site I purchased from too was misleading as they stated free shipping, not stating that you needed to apply for this service before getting free shipping. I didn't see it until it was too late to take the free shipping off as I just thought it was a service fee. Overall not a good experience.

Hello Emma! Freeshipping.com payouts are distributed automatically on the 15th of each month and include all processed Cash Back and Rebates for the previous month. We know waiting for that check can feel slow, but it just gives you more time to shop and build up that payout! If you want your payout faster, consider swapping to a PayPal payout for an instant deposit! All rebates that we're approved are paid out regardless of current status.

Cool cash back percentages
It's great that there are opportunities for discounts and limited time cash back percentages that I've been taking advantage of. But the website UI is kinda messy and could use a refresh. I can't always find what I'm looking for, and I don't know if any of my transactions posted for possible cashback when using a browser that has the extention installed.

once you learn how to keep an eye on them tracking everything and letting them know when they miss something they do a pretty descent job on getting them on to your account! until this last month they have done a good job of totaling money for the monthly payout but missed mine over 30 dollars...not really happy about that! working on getting it corrected!!!

Easy, but could pay out better
The process is easy and quick, but since the increase in monthly charge there has been no increase in the annual payout limits....that needs to happen. I am at my shipping rebate limit with 6-8 weeks left in my calendar year. Tempted to drop out and rejoin later.
