Had a problem with a purchased ipad, return label promptly sent and no quibble refund, excellent customer service all round

I had a problem with an order, which was not the fault of Freestyle. They sorted it out perfectly. Very grateful.

Really responsive and reliable. My refurbished item is as good as new and when I had a small problem with the cable adapter they responded same day and a new one arrived in the post the following morning. Highly recommended and will use again.

My mac just blacked out and they quickly sent me a post office sticker and i posted the computer. They were brilliant om the phone as i need to make sure i kept all my files.. now just a week later i have my compiter sent back..

Great iPad, no problems

Brought 3 iPads all seem to be working great. Two have very minor scratches but you barely get to know.

Received almost immediately and when the package ended up at my local depo both Stewart and Iain are hands on and pointed me in the right direction.

Shipped with wrong size cases but this wasn’t a massive issue for them and with a almost instant reply new ones on the way...

Really great service and team love the iPads too...

We ordered two ipads urgently for our restaurant. They arrived the next day and were excellent quality. Very helpful person when we rang to ask about delivery. Rare to find and very much appreciated. Thanks very much!

This is just a quick note to thank Freestyll for the excellent service I have
received from them this week.

I bought an iPad mini 4 from Freestyll a couple of months ago and when I did It arrived here the very next day, I was very impressed with that.

Over the next few weeks the iPad developed a red mark on the screen which I was not sure about so I emailed Freestyll to seek advice. Freestyll replied to my email the same day providing me with a returns label and Freestyll said to return it and they would check it for me. Perfect !!

I sent the iPad to Freestyll at lunch time on Tuesday and at 10 am on Wednesday morning I received a call from a very nice gentleman in Freestyll service department who was very pleasant, courteous, knowledgeable and helpful, after talking with me he said he would send me a new iPad whilst mine was undergoing further checks and reconditioning if required.
I was very happy with this and told the gentleman so, although my mobile
signal was poor and communication was difficult but he did persevere.

On Thursday my replacement iPad arrived, as before very well packaged and it works perfectly.

A 2-day turnaround between London and Glasgow is fantastic.

I think lots of people criticise poor service these days but few praise good
service like Freestyll have provided me.

I don't think your service could be bettered and the gentleman that called me was the perfect ambassador for Freestyll..

Prompt efficient service and excellent communication

It was the best service I have used, money in bank account in two days.

Handed in my two iPads at 1pm, and got money transferred into my acc at 6pm..

I didn't believe the pitch. Price was better than other services. Was only convinced by looking through dozens of reviews to see people who'd reviewed multiple products honestly and then also advocated Ipad recycle.

These guys are actually great.
