Fantastic service!
Cannot fault this company. Clear easy to use website, making it simple to find your device and it's value. Once booked returns bag and label arrived within two days. The label provided is pre-paid but I preferred to pay for Special Delivery as my dear old iPad was in excellent condition and it gave me piece of mind that I would be compensated if it arrived at the other end damaged. No need to worry, I received an email saying it had arrived safely and would be checked later that day. Another email a couple of hours confirmed all was good, and the money would be in my bank around 6pm. Checked at 6:20pm, there it was! I got an excellent price for my 2 year old iPad Air 2, and this has enabled me to upgrade to an iPad Pro. Don't hesitate, use Freestyll. You won't regret it!
