Our rep, JD, has provided us the best experience possible when it comes to freight. He is very responsive and quick to help us with our more difficult freight requests. We are a small company in Florida that needs to ship equipment not through LTL, but through dedicated trucks, and that has proved to be difficult and unpredictable at times due to the nature of our location and the freight industry overall. We have tight deadlines to meet when we ship, and JD has done exceptionally well when it comes to coordinating freight as quickly as can be done with regard to the limited supply of trucks heading out of Florida AND for a cheap cost all things considered. We will regularly be returning for our freight needs to FreightCenter

So far, I have only booked 2 shipments with freight center, but both times have been handled beautifully.
My rep has been very prompt on answering questions, getting quotes together, reaching out for any missing details, generating BOL's and giving not only online updated but calling if something may affect the time window. Ashley Witt has been a pleasure to work with so far.

I was a first time Freight shipper with no idea what I was doing and. Kelli made the whole process feel easy. she broke everything down into simple steps and was patient every time I had a question. she made me feel like I had someone and an entire FeightCenter company in my corner from start to finish. I hope I make another sale that requires me to ship freight again soon, if only to work with Kelli and FreightCenter again. 5 stars 100 kudos!

The customer service provided by Sergio Arenas was top notch. He went above and beyond following up with me and assuring every angle was covered, which was not easy with the cargo I was shipping and its destination. Sergio and Freight Center will be my first call everytime.

Joseph V was a huge help to me. I am a private homeowner and never used freight shipping before. Joseph V coordinated all aspects of the process and followed up several times. I appreciate having his direct line and knowing he was assisting me with each step as well as making sure all would go smoothly on the receiving end. Thank you.

Ashley Witt is the very best service person I have ever dealt with. She is friendly, and very knowledgeable doing her job. I recommend her to any person who needs something shipped. Last year I dealt with her for a shipment, and I recently talked with her about another shipment. Companies need to hire more people with her personality, knowledge, and kindness.

Extremely disappointing experience with FreightCenter.

I scheduled a freight pickup, but the pickup kept getting delayed and the shipment was never actually picked up. This caused unnecessary delays and wasted a lot of my time.

When I called customer service to resolve the issue, I spoke with a representative named Elise Dirr. Unfortunately, the conversation was extremely unprofessional. She raised her voice during the call and spoke to me in a disrespectful manner, which is completely unacceptable when dealing with a paying customer.

To make matters worse, after the carrier failed to complete the pickup, the company only offered a partial refund and kept 20% of the payment, even though the service was never completed.

Between the missed pickup, poor communication, and the disrespectful behavior from customer service, this has been a very frustrating experience.

I hope FreightCenter management reviews how situations like this are handled and improves the way customers are treated.

I always have an excellent experience working with Serjio. From start to finish he is always professional, responsive, and incredibly helpful. Shipping logistics can get complicated quickly, but Serjio makes the entire process smooth and easy to understand. He is patient with questions (I have many), proactive in finding the best options, and clearly knows the industry inside and out.

What really stands out is the level of customer service. Serjio doesn't just process the shipment, he actually makes sure everything is handled correctly and followed through to ensure it goes exactly as planned. That kind of attention to detail and commitment to the customer is rare.

If you’re looking for someone reliable who truly cares about getting the job done right, I highly recommend working with Serjio at FreightCenter. Outstanding service all around.

The hands on and personal customer service I received from Sergio Arenas, National Account Manager. He was fantastic to work with. Extremely knowledgable and helpful. Also very prompt in communications as he kept me up to date all along the process. Could not have done this without him helping me. Appreciate a real professional like him to work with in the future

I would not recommend using FreightCenter. The initial quote I received was significantly different from the final charges after the shipment was processed. Additional fees were added after the fact, which were not clearly disclosed upfront.

It’s frustrating to budget based on a quoted rate only to have extra charges appear later. Transparency is extremely important in freight shipping, and unexpected fees create trust issues.

If you choose to use them, make sure you read the fine print carefully and clarify all possible accessorial charges before booking.

Sergio has been working so hard to get our business back. He gets me good quotes, fast. He stays in contact with me and keeps me updated when any delay happens. He is so easy to work with. Periodically checks in just to make sure I know he's there for me when I need him.

Travis was always in constant communication. We did not have to wonder what was happening. The transport was On Time for pick up and the drop off / delivery was professional.

Joe G and Deidra M made my first experience great, our company does not ship LTL or FTL often or yet but they made it seamless and were able to work around our companies busy schedule. The follow ups and full service was a 10/10 experience.

I never knew how complicated freight was. Ashley made it easy and efficient. I had to double my order of product to get to the price point I needed. Ashley worked through all the measurements and freight codes to get my company a fast and professional delivery.

Joe Gillen, and the team at FreightCenter provided us with an outstanding experience on January 16th. They seamlessly handled all of the details and made working with them an enjoyable experience. The dispatcher contacted us the night before to assure that they would be there within the time period that we previously arranged and their driver was on time. Within an hour of arriving at our facility our large sized freight was loaded, secured, and was ready for the trip across the United States. We will definitely be using freightCenter to handle our future shipments.

Lucas Rogers, our account manager, has made a huge impact on our small business needs. We have worked with a handful of other freight brokers over the years and their account reps never went to bat for us or shown they cared about shipments when they go wrong. It's frustrating. But Lucas, in multiple occasions, has chased transport companies for us when we needed it the most. His effort and communication have been consistent which I can't say we've ever had before. It's made our business better. As a result, FreightCenter has been a night and day difference for us. We are super happy.

Ashley was fantastic. She made my experience extremely smooth! She's very friendly and simply wonderful overall.

They will rip you offf on the back end, was told twice that they would put a claim in for me and both times charged my credit card

I just want to say that Travis Tornga is WONDERFUL!! I truly mean that. We have used Freight Center many times for cross-country large shipments and he is always so helpful. I truly appreciate all that he does for me and our company when we need to ship things. Our shipments are generally very complicated (at least for me) and he ALWAYS makes sure everything goes off without a hitch! He is a keeper for sure!
