You could not have a material thinner than my tough tees that arrived yesterday.
The fitement length is not true to the advertisement either. A short is no shorter than any other length.

I wanted to share my experience with my recent order, as it has been extremely disappointing.

To start, the t-shirts are priced at a premium. While the quality is decent, I would not consider it exceptional given the cost. I placed an order totaling approximately $200 for multiple v-neck and crew neck shirts and initially received no updates for over two weeks. I had to reach out myself just to get a status update.

When I finally connected with customer service, I was told I needed to wait an additional two days before any action could be taken because the shipping carrier had not scanned the package. The interaction felt dismissive, and the only solution offered at the time was a refund rather than making an effort to resend the order.

After 16 days, I was informed that the package had been lost in transit and that a replacement order would be expedited. While I appreciated that step, the expedited shipping still took an additional 10 days to arrive.

In total, it took 26 days to receive my order. That timeline is unacceptable, especially considering the price point and expectations set by your brand.

I hope you take this feedback seriously and review both your shipping process and customer service approach. This experience has made me hesitant to order again or recommend your company to others.

I just received my first three T-shirts and they fit great. They feel great and I have already ordered three polo shirts from them as well. If the polo shirts are as good as the T-shirt I'm gonna be a happy guy.

I accidentally bought a 3 pack of tees. I haven't received a email confirmation and my credit card was charged. Where's my purchase?

I bought a 3 Pack of Workout Mens Shirts - Quick Dry Causal Moisture Wicking Work Gym Athletic Short Sleeve. They are better shirts, for a 3rd of the price on Amazon,( $15). The fresh thread shirts wrinkle like a cotton shirt. They don't look as good or fit as well and shirts that cost 3 times less.

Terrible customer service.
I tried to find out where and why my delivery was late. Fresh clean threads said it would be here today. I am going out of town and I am waiting in that package.
This company doesn't have real customer service. It only has a chat bot, which refuses to respond when asked specific questions. It was useless. DONT USE THIS COMPANY. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Look the shirt is ok overall but my gripe is the neck, like how can you sell a 3xl men’s tshirt and not consider the neck width ; I felt like I was being choked by a midget . I hope this company hears this loud and clear and does something about the neck width.. I’m returning my order.

I am amending my review for fresh clean threads.
After a little back-and-forth, fresh clean threads finally refunded me my purchase price.
I will continue to order from them as they are a good company and mistakes do happen. I’m just happy that they were able to finally rectify it.

I ordered a hoodie for my son who was going to be visiting us for his birthday. They delivered it to the wrong address for whatever reason. Then they sent me a new one that arrived long after my son ended his visit. I had to ship it at my expense.
I’ve contacted them and they’ve offered me a 10% coupon which is a slap in the face to me doesn’t even cover the shipping that I had to pay.
I had ordered quite a few things from them over the last few years. Not anymore.

Shipping was weeks late, shirt quality was meh at best

My order stayed that it was delivered on the 19th. It was never received. I contacted customer service on the 20th. I was asked to double check and see if it came on the 20th. Sadly it didn't. Taylor, the customer.service rep, jumped into action and immediately got a replacement order together for me. I was amazed! I can't say how much I appreciated the exceptional service and on a weekend.

The quality of the product has gone hill dramatically over the last few years. Cheaper material, the shirts don't hold up at all. Customer service will gaslight you (nicely) that your issues with the product are intentional. For example, a very obviously grey shirt 'just being how their black is on this style'. Nonsense.

First off the tracking on their website is absolutely terrible. I ordered 2 6 pack t shirts. Within 2 days I got one package with 3 in it and one package with 1 in it. I go to their website and the way they list the tracking is unclickable. It only tracks the last tracking number. THEY DO NOT ship them the way you buy them. I have been emailing them everyday with super slow responses. They keep telling me to wait 24 hours then do nothing once the 24 hours is up. WHO SHIPS with DHL if you are in the states. Products arent worth the wait honestly.

Do not pay for expedited shipping with this company. I paid 16 dollars extra on 11/3 because there website advertised that it would have an ETA arrival of 11/5 and it still has not even left their warehouse let alone had a label created. When I emailed them about it all I got were excuses blaming carriers but how can it be a carrier issue if a label has not even been created an entire business day (at least) after the original advertised delivery date for expedited shipping. I worked as a shipping clerk and know this is BS. This will be my last order from Fresh Clean Threads

Ordered the 6 pack Fall Essential T-shirts.
I was very happy with the product, the fabric was soft, the fit was perfect and the colors were great.
I was getting ready to order more when I washed the first 3, they all shrank at least half a size
By the way I followed the washing instructions

I bought three of their boxy tees - two white and one black. They arrived in about a week, fit was fine, however I really did not like the material. They were more like a man’s undershirt than something you could wear on its own. Too thin.
I’m returning them, but they’re charging a restock fee. They don’t call it a restock fee but it’s a restocked fee nonetheless I would tell you that their quality is not what they say it is.

All the white shirts a i got (3styles) all are semi see-through. So if your tan like I am or dark skin your getting nips and defined body shadow. Im in great shape but the material just hangs off of me. 6ft2in broad shoulders ordered the xl long. First unless you are 7ft you dont need fall. The sizes runs big so if between sizes go smaller. Will not be back. Returning all 17 shirts

I bought the summer pack and it am extremely happy!! These are the best shirts I have ever worn. I contacted the company about one of the shirts that the hem was coming apart before I even worn it and they already put an order in to replace it. Great customer service , even better product!! Placed order. Needed to change size so tried to cancel. It “wasn’t possible to cancel bc it was already being prepped” (NOT shipped mind you). Asked to just change sizes and all of a sudden they could attempt that. Then said they tried but couldn’t. Again, still not shipped. The whole time they assured me I could exchange once received. Tried doing the return and I’m not eligible bc the items were on sale. They knew the WHOLE TIME I wouldn’t be able to return or exchange and they shipped me what I didn’t want so they could get me to buy another order. TERRIBLE business ethics and I will NEVER buy from them again!

Edit: The company corrected their error and I got the shirts I originally wanted.

Purchased 5 Henley shirts which shipped quickly. Opened 1 shirt and did not like the fit. Initiated a return via email, FCT provided the shipping label, mailed it the following day, and 2 days later I had a refund. The shirts did not work out for me but their customer service/processes are spot on!

Initially loved the shirts and the fit. Bought a multi pack. After two washings and actually hanging to dry there are multiple small, pinpoint holes on the front of 3 of the T-shirts. Save your money!
