The food is creative, healthy, fresh and delicious. I love all of the meals i received so far and lovely freebies with first order. I really hope that fresh fitness food will succeed and set new standards on the market. And hopefully with time the prices will go a bit down so it is more accessible but it is understandable as welll when they deliver it every day and with such quality. Thanks fff! :)

Had a week on select plan. Ingredient quality is good; recipes are interesting; delivery is convenient. I'm vegetarian on a high protein diet and I think the options would get a bit samey week in week out, but I can see myself ordering a week about once a month, and if your diet is more flexible you'll find lots of choice.

Went through my first day and I must say: really delish food. I’m impressed. Also, I can’t believe how great is it how you can customise your meals, pick your goals. Recommend it and will keep going.

I’ve been using Fresh Fitness for a few years now and I really like the balance of ingredients and variety of meals. It’s so easy, tasty and nutritious at the same time. I cannot think of anything much better.

First time trying them and the meals are delicious, healthy and keep me full! Been trying a lot of different companies and this one has definitely hit the spot!

Just got my first delivery yesterday! On time and the delivery was smooth. Had all my 3 meals today and I can recommend, meals were fresh & tasty.

Great meals, great flexibility and super efficient delivery. Really has been a great way to maintain my macros/ make sure I’m sticking to my goals.

Delivery was very smooth despite a slight delay but was told ahead of time. Food looks great and nice to know my meals are sorted for the week. The app is a little tricky to use.

Meals I tried were really tasty and fresh - very much like home made! I tried few other meals delivery options before however this one is the best of all.

Moreover overnight delivery is an excellent idea.

I work in a high-pressure and demanding job, so this has been an excellent way to eat well and meet my macronutrient goals. The food is of excellent quality, there’s a great variety, and the deliveries have been consistently reliable. I highly recommend it.

I’ve tried a number of these services over the past year—PrepKitchen, FuelHub, Mindchef, and more.

Always felt like the pre-cooked meals never quite matched up to the freshness or flavour of cooking yourself. Until FFF.

Might be on the more premium side, but honestly? The food is delicious. I’m not easy to impress.

Takes away that mental load of figuring out what to cook after a long-ass day.
