Support not helpful at all
I was attracted to their drawdown bonus at first so I did a bit of research if it's worth the switch. According to ForexPeaceArmy, there have been a lot of both negative and fake reviews about this broker. They did not even bother to respond to those claims, so it really only increases doubts. I tried to reach out to their Support hoping to clarify some of those, but their response was merely a link to their website. I told them I already saw the page but the reviews I found were contradicting so needed a direct answer from them, but was just given another link! In the end, bad reviews plus bad support experience, I decided not to entrust my money with them.

SCAM!! If you are a beginner looking for funding, don't waste your time. The profits you make can't be withdrawn unless you deposit an equal amount. So imagine having a profit of 50 000USD while you are unemployed and can only deposit 50USD. The requirements are ridiculous basically. If I had that money I would just deposit in the first place.

Not a good broker, withdrawal fees is sky high and it takes week to arrive in your account.

Great company
Great company. I have been with Fresh Forex since December 2020. All this time there have been no problems with deposits or withdrawals. Help is always at hand. There are often promotions available to encourage more deposits. Swap charges are a bit higher than some other broker accounts that I have.

This broker is a scam.. They won't verify your account after making profit in their so called No-Deposit bonus. Their customer care is absolutely poor, it's difficult to contact them. For your own good, don't invest your money with this sh!t broker, they can't pay you. If you need a good broker, use regulated brokers like ICMarket, XM and FBS. Say No to Scam!

Finally I Found This Broker.
A few years ago I am confused how to find a broker with low spread and fast execution and finally I found FreshForex, what make I love FreshForex is the spread. The spread is quote low, as low as 0 pips and there is no rejection when you open any position, so you will get the best price when you make your trading activity plus now FreshForex offer me their new MT5, it is better than MT4, you can try it!

3 years and still counting
After thorough review I did myself, I chose this broker after disappointing experience with other previous brokers. So far it's been good. No issues with withdrawal, it's fast, it only takes a few minutes to get my money from FreshForex account to my Fasapay account. Been using their 101% deposit bonus as well, every time I make deposit. It really helps my trading.
