The help desk is exceptional
The help desk is exceptional. As soon as I put a question in the chat - the helpdesk investigates the issue and usually has it fixed before we get on a call.
On helpdesk calls, all issues are fixed the first time. Usually is is operator error - or something wasn't turned on correctly. I have great success with the courses I am offerring.
I started using the community option - and it works great!!! Thank you for all you do to support the course creators around the world.
I moved my online courses from Thinkific and it is the right move for me.
I moved my online courses from Thinkific to FreshLearn the day before Christmas 2024. The primary considerations are the support I get from them (particularly the onboarding calls), the migration support, the platform structure (I find it easier to navigate), and the price. I tend to get overwhelmed with IT systems, but it's been so much more enjoyable with the FL team holding my hands. They also helped me understand how I can use different features that they have to meet my growing needs. I value human contacts, and I get them from FreshLearn. This makes a HUGE difference for me. I am excited to grow my work on this platform.

I purchased the AppSumo Lifetime plan when it was available, and have been moving my existing courses over from another platform. Raghu has been very helpful, jumping onto video support calls to clarify action steps and his team also migrated my contacts, course content & pages over (a big time saver!). FreshLearn is always working to improve their product and I like the LMS's abilities to offer quizzes and assessments.

5-Review and Customer Support in particular Teja whom has been handing holding as I learn how to set up landing page, email automation, on their course learn platform, etc. they even recorded the session and sent me a link in order to review our work!
Never give them your credit card
They failed to deliver on promises of importing my school a couple years ago, so I cancelled. I had to contest with my credit card to get my money back. They have autobilled a year later for a service I'm not using and never used. I contested both times and won with my credit card. I just got an email that they plan to autobill again- a third time. I logged in to see if there was a cancel button I missed. There's no place to cancel that I could find and no help documents about cancelling. They only offer an upgrade option, no way to turn off autobilling.
