Superb Customer Care!

This company truly knows what customer service is all about! They are prompt in their responses and very helpful in answering questions and resolving any issues you might have. The meals are great! Fresh, tasty, filling and nutritious. They also offer a great range of dietary selections and numerous meals to choose from. I can't say enough great things about this company!

No controversy or questions

I had an issue with a box of food delivered late and all ice packs were thawed and the meals had to be trashed. I received a refund, no questions asked. I want this service to work for me so badly and so far so good,

No customer service! Lost $100 worth of food!

Updated 6/03. I was issued a refund. Thanks for getting back to me. Decided to try Fresh n lean but it was a huge mistake. I had issues with the delivery. That wasn't fresh n leans fault but they never responded to multiple emails asking them if the food was safe to eat. It's almost been a week and no response so if the food was ok to eat I didn't know and it's all been thrown away. I lost over $100 worth of food. I would never order again and you shouldn't either because they never get back to you. I just received their standard automatic response. No one bothered to answer so horrible customer service.

Not worth the hassle and price

Unintuitive online ordering process. After trying to order meals for 2 people, we ended up with 4 subscriptions and 4 meal orders. Had to have 2 canceled via customer service chat. When the meals arrived the packaging was messy and covered in what looked like food particles. The meals themselves tasted okay. We likened their taste to airline food for a domestic business class flight.

Appalling Service - Still Haven’t Received My Refund

I have written 3 emails, made 2 calls and reached out on Instagram with zero response or communication. My food arrived delayed and spoilt. I am owed a refund and can not get in contact with the company. It has been 9 days since my initial correspondence. I also received 4 bowls of a chicken dish that was recalled by the company and they only credited me for 2. I have been a customer for over 1 year. I have received 2 meals in the past with hard plastic in the dish which was not handled well but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Appalling practices!!

0 customer service; gross food

Zero customer service. I called, left message, emailed... about finding a hunk of plastic in my first tray of food. No answers at all. None. I emailed and tried to find out about this money-back-guarantee... zilch. Food tastes bland to gross, even my kid who loves eggs and sausage wouldn't touch theirs and won't eat any of their dinners. I ate mine because I paid for them. Of course after dumping all out and searching for more plastic. Gross.

UPS delivered spoiled food?

Fresh n' Lean has one of the best Customer Service reps out there! My food was delivered spoiled but not because of a fault of Fresh n' Lean. UPS delayed the delivery for 3 days...really? Matthew at F n' L provided a credit with the company exactly what I wanted. I have never had an issue with F n' L because they are a reputable company that values their customers with impeccable service, and fresh food that my GI specialist approves of! I will continue to purchase meals with this company.

I have been trying different food services to find my perfect fit. You were the first to CALL me and e-mail me. I prefer to talk to a person!
The rep also gave me a deal I couldn"t find anymore for 25% off my first 3 boxes! Can"t wait for my first box and pray I found my perfect fit for your service.

Extremely poor customer service and…

Extremely poor customer service and extremely bland food. Received incorrect meals with my first order and the company would not rectify the situation. Second order went through before I could cancel, and I'm not stuck with 10 pretty disgusting meals.

Tried out this business as I wanted to…

Tried out this business as I wanted to have a ready to eat meal plan it sounded good at first. All of the foods taste bad, especially the eggs and vegetables. Their foods are bland and taste worse than frozen foods. I tried to eat them as I have ordered a weeks worth it was terrible. Dont bother with these guys and cook yourself and save you, your smell and taste buds while you can. And also their customer service is non exisitent.

Late order refunded

My order was only going to be delivered on Monday (instead of the promised Saturday). Support told me that shouldn't have happened and refunded for the week. Refund was timely, can't wait until next week's food arrives and I get to taste it.

consistent, caring, "aloha" - THE BEST

I have been with this company for about 2 years now "mediterranean meal plan". Every meal is yummylicious and easy to 'heat and eat'. If and when I have any questions or concerns, "chat" or "phone" representatives are caring and most importantly, make the customer feel heard. It's always easy to be rated well during good times with no problems, but it's not as easy to be rated well during negative times. When I have an order that comes damaged, or when a food item is not edible due to a 'quality issue', I am immediately refunded, and a note is immediately sent to quality control. That is the mark of a GREAT COMPANY. There are enough food choices to make eating a different experience each time and I am delighted at how much I enjoy my meals. My only wish -- SALMON. I love love love salmon. The taste is superior. The accompanying veggies are the best; cooked to perfection. Problem -- the salmon is overdone to the point it is dry and I need to add ketsup. Not the worst problem, but I do wish the salmon was cooked more delicately so that it is moist and not firm.
I am crossing my fingers and giving it time.
