I prefer it because it is sent without postage cost, however no information is provided about the ingredients used in the product. Details such as oil content, aroma, etc. should be clearly stated.

From the start, customers have also come to us for wholesale essential oils, taking advantage of our quality products and low prices. Today, we manage daily orders that range from a single bottle of lavender essential oil to bulk orders of oils and fragrances and we treat each with the same level of care and service as we did our very first.
As members of the Aromatherapy Trade Council, we keep on top of the ever-changing essential oil regulations, and continue to ensure that all of our products adhere to rigid European Safety Guidelines. Our product safety is ensured through a research and testing regime that sees each product and all formulations tested by qualified personnel.
We now stock over 200 essential oils, fragrance oils and carrier oils as well as beautiful hand-made soaps, moisturisers and body lotions.

I always use Freshskin for my 100% pure natural oils.
I like that they have cold pressed oils rather than steam distilled no water in cold pressed.

Poor customer service
I have bought products from Freshskin several times, and never had a problem so I’m sad to be posting a negative review. My order did not arrive within the 7 working days as expected, so I tried to contact them by phone using the number provided on the invoice, but got a message saying the number was incorrect. After reading other reviews I see I am not alone in this, and the reponses from the company state they do not have a phone line. Why then do they put a phone number on the invoice? I then went online and asked where my order was. I received no response, but got a message the next day from Royal Mail saying they had received my parcel and I would receive it within 48 hrs, which I did. The order had obviously never been dispatched in the first place, despite me receiving an email from fresh skin saying it had. I still haven’t had a response from freshskin to my online question. Their customer service is very poor.

Hi text and email notifications are automatically sent if the correct details are applied when ordering - Royal Mail we find are very good but from time to time do misplace deliveries.
