Frey Reviews

Doing a great job on the environment to help build back our world

I realize it was during the pandemic but the shipping was awful the worst Ali express was faster I live in Chicago took over 2 weeks to receive my package my emails were not answered the soap is very good but I promised myself never to order from them again .

Frey did not tell me that items within my order were out of stock. Instead they allowed the order to go through, charged my card, and then sent me an email stating that one or more items were out of stock and if I didn't get a shipping notification the following week that I NEED TO CONTACT THEM so they can send me the one item that they CURRENTLY have in stock and then who knows when I'll get the next one.

My last order with the company they sent me a different scent than what I ordered, without reaching out or asking, and gave me a discount coupon for my next order with them.

I'm done with this company, the way they conduct business is unnecessarily problematic for the customer and it's intentionally done so because it benefits them.

The quality of products is excellent. So is the customer service.

I absolutely LOVED the scent, but didn't find it to be long-lasting or very detectable in the clothing I washed it with. I found the price prohibitive.

Frey is one of the best products out their. One time the delivery service did not give me my package from Frey. I got ahold of them and told them what happened and they were more than courteous in sending me a new one. My clothes, bedsheets and comforter smells like like cedar and sandalwood. Something that a man wants to smell like not fruity flowers like a woman. No offense to any ladies!

I love the scent. For the 2 days it lasts.

Love the product, it does an excellent job of cleaning clothes and smells great. The only drawback is that the pump dispenser is sometimes too stiff and difficult to use with my arthritic hands.

Poor communication with customer service. Received damaged product because I complained. And inconsistent products.

The shampoo is very nice. i have so many of the deodorants I am good for years!!!!! I like all of them too.

I love Frey products and the way it makes our laundry smell!

Might be a problem that I love to smell my towels so much!! Takes forever for me to fold a load of clothes because I smell everything before folding, love the smell so much!!!

I feel the laundry detergent is a good product and I prefer to use it. I have sensitive skin and I have had no issues with the use of it.the

Very hard to get in touch with to cancel orders. Packages sent to me that had to be returned and couldn’t get in touch with anyone. It’s been months since I even got samples. Not sure why they are sending me this now. I really can’t remember the specifics except it was hard to communicate with the company

The scents are so comforting. We love Frey everything.

Wonderful, and a well thought out product. Would choose Frey every time, if it were sold in major retailers.

Gosh i LOVE THESE SCENTS!!
If only you guys could make masks for each scent that never faded:)

I like the laundry soap and fabric softener. I didn’t care for the hand soap. Caused my hands to break out.

Love every thing about frey
