Needed help getting my fridgebeats going.
Reached out to customer service and was amazed at how quickly and detailed the response was.
Very pleased with their service.

I received the Fridgebeats product and I didn’t like it very much. First of all, the magnet used to attach it to the fridge is very weak and it falls off. Secondly, I ordered and paid for the Pro version 5.0, which I was told had longer battery life, Bluetooth, stereo sound, and volume controls. Instead, I received the 4.0 version, which does not have those features. I was disappointed with the product for this reason, and I definitely do not recommend it to other users.

Great customer service, quick response, and helped resolve my issues to the fullest.

Very responsive. Having an issue with courrier. And Ms. Vivian is helping me resolve the issue and get my order resent to me.

Exactly what I wanted and now my friends want them too.

One picture is really dark that did not appear that way when previewed before purchase…other than that…extremely happy

The shipping dates changed after I completed the purchase. They don't tell you up front that they require several days to "create" your custom order that are NOT included in your delivery quote. The item was poorly packaged and broken as a result through shipping. The image print was poor quality and must have been packaged before the ink dried as you could see the bubble wrap circles in the image. I ordered the upgraded unit, the sound is less than satisfactory possibly due to the shipping damage. There is no telephone support for "customer service" and their email replies are less than timely. They also were NOT willing to expedite the replacement of my broken item and as of writing this review over a month after getting my initial damaged order I am still waiting for the replacement which I learned today they have not even produced yet!

I ordered a fridge magnet for myself and it shipped to an old address..I panicked and emailed immediately to get it sent to the right place. It still got sent to the wrong address but Vivian helped me over this past MONTH to get my order!! I finally received it and I'm so happy with the quality of the product and the customer service is out of this world!! Would absolutely recommend this company to others 🤩

Damage to the face of the item upon arrival, lots of hidden extra costs when going the process of purchasing this and for no real value.

Paid extra for express shipping before Christmas, but it didn't arrive in time despite ordering two weeks ahead.
Even paid extra for the premium version with supposedly 'better' audio quality - if that's the case then I'd hate to hear how terrible the standard one is.

It's a nice and cute idea, but absolutely not worth even half of what I ended up paying for - their customer service is terrible and who know's when it will actually turn up.

Grace provided quick response and understood my frustration with the original product. She worked diligently to ensure I received a replacement and sent a preview to ensure my approval-which I did.

I really loved the product overall, it’s such a unique and special idea. I did have a small issue with my order, but the customer service from Vivian was amazing—she responded quickly, was incredibly helpful, and organised a replacement straight away with clear communication throughout the process. It made the whole experience stress-free. Really appreciate the support—thank you!

I had an issue with my order and customer service helped me, they were very receptive and made it right for me, the product is great I’m very happy with the quality, delivery was before the estimated date, so overall, I’m very happy with my purchase, it was a gift for my wife and she loved it!!

All over the website you advertise that there is new updated speakers and speaker placement, I just received mine yesterday and seem to have gotten the old version. The website also advertised a nice durable packaging, instead it came wrapped in bubble wrap and an envelope. Additionally, it does not come with a charging cord! It is not immediately clear that you have to buy it separately. I am not completely disappointed, but I thought it would be a better quality and experience.
