Warning for EU customers — misleading sizing and hidden return costs.
I ordered a pair of pants from Frizmworks. The sizing runs very small with no adequate warning on the site, so I had to return them. What I didn't know until it was too late: returns from the EU are shipped back to the UK, and the return shipping cost is deducted from your refund.
I ended up paying €36.17 out of pocket for an item I never kept. This has never happened to me with any other online retailer. No mention of this policy was made clearly at the point of purchase.
If you're ordering from the EU, be aware: what looks like a free or straightforward return is not. Factor in the full cost before you buy.
Items listed as in stock, then send wrong items, this happened tqice. Asked for the right item, they don't have it. yet is available on website. when wron gitem sent they tell us it is a bar code error yet delivery slip states the wrong item is packaged, so they lie. request numerous refunds and exchanges, have to constantly chase to get them. Size advice given is wrong when ask via email, so you order the wrong sixes, items despite being same names are different sizes, a large last year is now an XL.
Their pants do not fit true to size as it says in description. Run very small and if you usually wear M you need to go for XL .
The quality of material is equal to PRIMARK and items do not match description either. It says fit true to size but these pants run very small and you need to go two sizes up.

HORRIBLE, SCAM - STAY AWAY.
Misleading webpage calling it "EU", when they are shipping from the UK. Had heavy tax/import duties applied to the original price. A certain "Jacob" will stop answering as soon as things get complicated or you want to return.
To ALL EU-customers: Dont buy from this brand unless you want to throw your money down the drain.
This is a scam brand. Do not buy from them.
Products are not the quality presented on the website. Cheap materials and construction. They are indeed a Korean brand, but it is very cheap drop shipped style products with their branding. Uniqlo is better quality.
Sizes also do not match what is described on the website.
I won’t dare waste more money trying to get a refund from them - it’s a loss.
Initially I had been thinking about the Navy Royal Hunting Jacket which I had saw online for a few weeks and wanted for a while but originally saw on a partner website and after found the same item from the Korean website directly.
The item was even discounted so the price was a steal in comparison and I purchased immediately. The tricky part of this initial experience was that there was no automated confirmation email except the payment receipt from the third party Korean payment service.
The digital copy of the receipt had a link to the website which provided a link to a un-secure 'Https' website so it made me suspicious if I had purchased from a dupe website. In my apprehensive state I sent them an email and just in case a message on Instagram.
To their credit I received a response the next day and also on their social media account. However after checking trusted pilot again it made me apprehensive after other poor reviews and user experiences.
However, to my delight everything arrived in around a week, no extra duties needed (this usually depends on value and country) but best of all I LOVE THE JACKET! :)
The item itself is good quality, well made and has wonderful details in the design and for me it was the Coat I had been looking for! For the quality and value at which the item was purchased it was a great purchase.
In reflection, this is still a growing brand and its understandable not all operational services are perfect but the design of the product was perfect for me this time.

I should've checked the reviews in here before making a purchase.
My parent offered me a jacket from the FRIZMWORKS website last christmas. When the package arrived, I was very suprised to be asked for a duty tax of 130euros (when the jacket already cost 300 euros). I naturally refused the package.
Since then, I've emailed "Jakob" countless times to ask for a refund. Never been answered. I will escalate the matter to the DGCCRF in France in the next few days.
AVOID
I purchased a jacket in early December, which was too big and different from the picture on their website.
I emailed to request a refund because the refund portal wasn’t working. Eventually someone replied (after a few weeks!) and said to send the jacket in. I did so on January 17th.
I have since emailed 5 times with no reply. Where is my refund? I’m £250 down. I’ll be writing to the Retail Complaints Ombudsman to get my money back. Terrible customer service - they should be ashamed of themselves .
***UPDATE: immediately after posting this review, my refund was approved so I have upgraded to 2 stars.
While I appreciate the refund and am relieved, it is a shame they only took action after this review and threatening them with legal action.
I would still caution anyone from purchasing via Frizmworks due to the slow response time and poor communication. Do better guys!
I bought a sweater on line from frizmwork.eu
obviously thinking this would be dispatched from the
EU no they distribute from the UK .
The sweater and postage I paid 3603 kr for ended up costing me 5139 kr with import tax.
I find the eu website very misleading, if it had been a
frizmworks.co.uk I would never have bought it, understanding that import duty would have to be paid.
the Eu domain name is for businesses with in the European Union ,not outside as the UK.
STAY AWAY.
Bough two knits from this company. I changed my mind before arrival. I declined the delivery.
However 1.5 months later I still haven’t gotten my refund + the shipping company wants to charge me for the tax/import duties.
I have tried to reach out to the company - and a “Jacob” just stopped answering me when things got complicated. Offered no help og solution to the problem.
I am now left with minus 450 euro, no clothing and a horrible online experience.
Would never ever reccommed anyone to order from this website/company. This is the closest you get to fraud.
Can’t understand why purchasing off an EU website is charging their customers import/tax duties as if making a purchase from the UK. €180 jumper has ended up costing €290 jump including shipping and charges.
My advice would be to stay away from this website or be prepared for the added on fees
