Outages

This service is great except when there's an outages, which seems to occur at least once a week. Every time it goes down its out for at least 8 hours.

This internet is absolute garbage

If you want nothing to do with good internet or playing games, and would rather have no internet at all, Frontier is for you (: This internet is incredibly terrible, it randomly disconnects and if you load a page up on your phone and computer, it is slower than a snail. I spend most of the days mad because i just want to play a game and i cant without lagging all over the place, this is the new dial up internet. Either fix it or this will die out. I would honestly rather have no internet at all so i wouldn't be this mad all the time. This is the worst internet I have ever experienced. How do you make it this horrible?

Worst company in the world!

Nightmare!! I called to have my service transfered on Nov. 3... Now its Dec 3 and still no service. I've made multiply phone calls each lasting over an hour. My husband missed 4 days of work staying home to be available when the techs arrive..which never happened. I've asked to cancel my service and now I've been transfered to 5 different people. I can not believe the horrific service I received after being a customer for two years. Never made a late payment and currently paying for services I do not have. I am going to report this company to the BBB. Frontier you should be ashamed of your company... I also have 4 different business ACCTS and I will change all of them Monday morning to a different company.

Order Process

Called placed my order with Turck and he was very helpful and quick. Even offered a TV package, but I had already setup an appointment with another company. Great Customer Service!!!!

Someone needs to help them with their billing

There are times that I have more money to pay bills that others. One month I received a bill for 2 months payment and paid that. The next month I received a bill for 4 months payment. Service was never cut off, nor did I receive a shut off notice. When I received the bill for 4 months service, I called and debated it and they said it was just their mistake that I didn't get a shut off notice and the bills were correct. I've been paying on the bill and expected to be shut off for internet service. They continued to charge me $50 a month for an internet service I wasn't receiving. I called them today to talk about that and they said that as long as it took me to pay the bill, they would continue to charge for the service I wasn't getting. That made no sense at all to me so I cancelled my service and will not accumulate additional charges on my account. Frontier, I have been a customer for 29 years and will never be again. You policies make no sense to me.

Internet keeps going out

My router broke took 2 hours on the phone to get it fixed after they hung up on me after waiting an hour. Service Rep. never called me back either I had to call them and he had my phone number. Then it broke again. So I was walking down the street came across a frontier field tech named "Christopher Genduso". I asked him if the internet was down in the area. He replied no, but asked me about my situation. He said he would come over as soon as he was finished working on his current job and check out my internet. He arrived and verified it was out and spent 3 hours fixing it. He called into his office and they gave him grief about not having a ticket for this job. He told them do you how much anger there is out here with Frontier. I want to compliment Christopher for taking the extra step and providing excellent customer service. I think he should be put in charge of customer service and promoted with a big raise. The 3 stars is for Frontier not Christopher.

Great Service

Craig had tried to call my husband to let us know he was on his way but my husband was unable to answer due to his job. Craig then stopped by the house later that day and I had just left to pick up my daughter. When we got home I found a note on the door and it had his name and a number that I could call. I called and he said he would be right over. He had everything up and running within 30 minuets. He did a Great job.

Missed appointment

I scheduled an appointment last Monday for service installation today. The install was to occur from 1-3. Beginning at 3:30 I started calling to find out when technician would arrive. I made 2 later calls each time being told they just communicated with installer and I was next for installation. Needless to say I waited till 8pm and no technician. When i called the toll free number I was told they couldn't reach anyone in Dallas office because it was after hours and he was located in Califirnia. They were not even able to reschedule me for the next day. Claiming earliest appointment was next week.

So,I wait around all day. Frontier never bothers to call to say running late. Can't reschedule until next week.

Unacceptable, I can honestly say I've never been treated so miserably and with no follow up.

Stay away from this company and search elsewhere for tv and Internet service.

Dissatisfied in Flower Mound, TX area.

Brandon was awesome in assisting me with purchasing my new internet service. He provided fast, friendly, and efficient customer service and made sure I had all the necessary information to make my purchase. I am a satisfied customer!

Horrible company!!!

I just moved into my home and have been trying to get internet for a week now!!! I was on the phone with them for 5 hours to be told a previous person had service @ the home we paid cash for so we had to send our buyers order!!! We did this... We were supposed to get a call back within 24 hours we never did... So today 11/14/2016 6 days later I called them and spent another hour on the phone just to be told some more bull crap... We still have no internet!!! They're employees barely speak English!!! I would not recommend this service or company to anyone!!! Horrible customer service!!! Ridiculous company

The sign up experience with Frontier was pretty simple and straightforward; the representative was very pleasant and helpful. I hope my future experience with Frontier continues to be a positive one. I left Comcast because of nightmare customer service.

Excellent personality to work with

Great experience, not the normal experience that I have come to expect from most places. I felt as if she was actually trying to help me get the best deal even though i already knew what I wanted prior to calling. 5/5, would call again.
