Niall is a really engaging instructor that creates a comfortable learning environment.

The trainer (Niall) was amazing and made me stay very focused and interested the whole time

Just completed a First Aid at Work course with Frontline Training. Both Niall and Mary, were both professional and kept us engaged bringing a fun and educating way of learning First Aid! Having done other First Aid courses in the past, this one taught me so much more, aswell as recapping on past learning!
Could not recommend using Frontline Training enough!

Having attended First Aid Courses through other training providers I must say Mary was amazing, patient and informative. Thank you for fantastic training

Mary Murphy came in for our Emergency First Aid at Work training which was a one day course. We booked to receive the training on our premises with a few staff as this was cost effective for us. Mary's colleague Niall came in the day before to drop off the materials and training aids required and Mary came in early to set up on the day. Mary had a great demeanor and ensured everyone fully understood each part of the course. When doing certain modules like the recovery position, Mary would make you do it over and over until she was sure you got it as she emphasised if you were doing this for real, you could cause more damage to the person you are trying to help if you are not aware of the right places to pull them over etc. I found her engaging and very knowledgeable - I would not hesitate to use Frontline Training again or recommend them!

The trainers at Frontline were knowledgeable and enthusiastic . They made the training sessions enjoyable interactive and each session was well structured.

I recently attended a 2 day First Aid Refresher Course with Frontline Training and was very impressed. They were very thorough, demonstrated in great detail, kept everyone engaged at all times and their explanations were detailed and explained in simple terms so everyone understood. If we weren't sure about something, they were happy to repeat/demonstrate again.

Due to COVID19 we weren't able to do roll play on each other as we would normally, but 'Annie' substituted and was very good.

The trainers were also very conscious about the current social distancing regulations and ensured we wore face masks at all times and they had plenty of sanitising provisions to use on ourselves and to sanitise 'Annie' and other training equipment we used.

All in all, I was very impressed with their presentation and would definitely recommend them to others.

Have used Frontline now for a number of first aid courses, I have had nothing but positive reviews from our staff and have recommended Niall and the team to others.

Professional service, great interaction and very informative, nothing is too much trouble. Keep up the good work and look forward to continuing working with you in the future.

Fantastic training. Very knowledgeable and enthusiastic trainers who kept everyone engaged. Was a very interesting course and I feel I can deal with most situations I am faced with now. Highly recommend this company.

Niall came to give a paediatric refresher course. It was interesting to find out the little details we had forgotten in a year!
