I bought banqueting tables from them. Sale person OLIVE is very helpful and friendly. All sale procedures are prompt and delivery was fast and efficient. I will strongly recommend.

I work for a local authority and this is the first time we have used Front Row Furniture. Olive was extremely helpful and very pleasant to deal with. The chairs we wanted were not yet in stock but Olive suggested some second had ones from Birmingham Commonwealth Games for a really reasonable price. Delivered on time and happy with the goods. Thanks all at Front Row, we will be using your services again!

Front Row furniture went out of their way to deliver my order within a specific time frame. Their customer service was excellent and I am very impressed with the quality of the tables I ordered. I will definitely be ordering from them again.

Great Tables - Great service.

Needed to receive 50 pcs of chairs within 5 days of placing the order. Olive was very helpful in turning our requests around on time and helping with the delivery to time. Services were excellent.

I bought two chairs from Frontrow Furniture, which I had delivered to Scotland. I found the company responsive; emails answered promptly and a small issue resolved painlessly.
The chairs were delivered well ahead of the deadline. They arrived well wrapped, in good condition and were exactly as described.

we bought one banquetting chair.it took 15 days and 4 phone calls to arrive. no response to e-mails. when unwrapped 2 front legs scratched.never again.

Appalling Service

Ordered a table 3 weeks ago on a 2-3 day delivery schedule, table still not arrived. Impossible to get in contact with anyone there. Would never buy from them again!

We ordered 80 wooden chairs from them after paying for a sample to be delivered. The chairs were delayed and when they arrived each of them had damage. The company took back the chairs and resent the specified chairs with a free seat pad turning a dissatisfied customer in a very satisfied customer. Well done Front Row

Tried to order a tressel table. Indicated at some point that delivery was free. By the time I had finished with VAT added and delivery a table that was £59 ended up at more than £100. I needed a date for delivery which was not an option. I emailed them re this and received no reply. The price of the table then went up by £45. Tried to ring to discuss to see if I could get a named delivery date and see why it had gone up in price and the telephone number on the web page was unabtainable.

Perfect trestle table, very good quality and fits my needs perfectly. There was a delay with delivery but I expected this given the pandemic. When I contacted the company they were quick to respond to sort out the delivery logistics.

Really positive experience with Front Row Furniture, needed some trestle tables for our event this weekend, they were able to get these delivered in plenty of time and the products are fantastic will recommend to a friend

If they could give minus stars they would have them, ordered items which their site said were in stock to then find out they don't have them.
Messaged them with no reply.
If you want customer service and your items in stock I would suggest you don't use these.

Brilliant company ! I was a bit unsure having never heard of them but followed instinct & after communication with Andrew placed an order & the chairs are fantastic ! Even better than I had hoped - excellent quality & build ! I wish they did a selection of bar stools too!

Wanted to leave a review as I think these guys have really excelled themselves. It’s difficult circumstances atm with the coronavirus situation but they were great in helping us order a large quantity of barriers which our client required urgently at multiple sites across the UK, to assist in implementing social distancing measures.

So we are grateful for Front Row Furniture pulling out all the stops on what would have been a difficult operation to pull off in short notice at any time, let alone in current circumstances

Great service and liaison. The chairs I ordered were unavailable at time of delivery due to some discrepancy. I was immediately offered a suitable alternative which was perfect.
Would highly recommend this company as they extremely are reliable and you actually deal with a human being. Very important in my book.
