I recently purchased some 5’6 banquet tables and some banquet chairs for a Christmas charity ball i have been organising. The service from FRF was second to none and I was surprised how quickly my furniture arrived. I will definately be returning for more next year. Thanks guys!

I have just received my church pew that i ordered only 10 days ago. I chose the wood colour and the fabric to go on both the seat and the back of the chair. It is already here and i’m extremely happy with it. Very happy customer!

Unfortunately to date Frontrow have been full of empty promises and a complete failure in relation to customer service!

I placed the order 23rd July and then had to chase for a delivery date. I was promised a call back which this failed to materialise. Having chased several times I was advised that chairs were out of stock. Why accept an order knowing that you were unable to deliver?

I reluctantly agreed to wait until the 16th August as I was advised that they would be back in stock by this date and “Simone" informed me that she would make a diary note to call to arrange delivery week commencing 19th August. However no surprise this phone call never happened.

You are now informing me that you have a mix up with your shipping containers and you are not expecting the delivery until 17th September 2019, some two months since the original order.

Unfortunately I require the chairs before this date to avoid people sitting on the floor to eat a meal!

As a result I have no alternative but to cancel the order and purchase the chairs from an alternative supplier. Price is not always the influencing factor. Customer service is paramount and you can’t always put a price on this!

Please make an immediate refund.

Happy with the used folding resin chairs we acquired for our community centre. The condition was great and their service was good in general. Only reason I’ m leaving a 4 star review is because they were out of stock of my preferred colour at the time, which is why I opted to purchase the used folding chairs they had instead. But all in all, I’m happy so thanks!

Ordered some banqueting chairs for my mums church. Needed a quick delivery which they helped with. Chairs were great quality! Highly recommend and would definitely order from them again.

Ordered 12 chairs, was guaranteed a delivery by Tuesday in good time for my event but the chairs did not materialise. Chased on Thursday and was given an apology and "guaranteed" (they use that term very loosely) that they would be delivered by the following day. Nothing came. DX the courier kept getting the blame so they then proceeded to book (again all lies) a guaranteed tracked (by who?) service by 9.30am the following morning. This never happened. When I chased, I got somebody out of bed who had no idea and went back to bed. No chairs, event missed, all round failure. Come Monday, still no real explanation as to why the chairs failed to appear and get promised a refund. This is where their true nature came to life. I have been told multiple times now that the refund has been processed and that the "director" has to physically make it. No money yet, it has been over a week. Legal proceedings are next. Please, please do yourselves a favour and DON'T deal with is company.

Update: the issue was resolved in the end, though not before I posted the review, there would have been no point in that. The review was posted at a time when I was receiving zero information from the company as to where the chairs and/or my money was, which was leading me to believe I was a victim of fraud. The refund was made, though the whole experience was very disappointing.

Ordered 100 chiavari chairs and 30ish were of a completely different finish.

Emailed and hassled loads to finally get them to swap them for correct ones. Still sent incorrect ones.

Now not replying to emails. Chairs themselves are well made and the ones we wanted are great. Shame it's just run very poorly.

Obtained a sample of a 6ft banqueting table. The table is good value and the wood itself looks nice. The rivets are uneven though - some protruding a distance other significantly indented making the table surface (even with a table cloth) uneven.

They charged me £43.14 to deliver a table sample, then I had no reply to emails when I asked for it to be returned. When I finally got through to someone I was told it would cost an extra £86 to send the sample back making the cost of obtaining a single defective table sample £213. I will not be sending it back.

Not a pleasant experience. Unusable sample, bad customer service, hidden costs that were explained nowhere and no offer of any reduction or compensation even after a 2 month saga.

Order with caution!

Simple buying process, great value for money and excellent post sale customer service. What more can I say will buy from them again. The products were chairs and tables for our function room at a large rugby club and were exactly what we needed. On a large delivery of over 100 units a couple of minor points needed correction and they were excellent at solving these.

Absolutely ridiculous. After a google search I found Frontrowfurniture. I then spent an hour looking over various chairs and finally decided to order one as a sample, with the intent to then order a further 15-20 chairs. First problem was that the online ordering function didn't work. So after fiddling with entering and re-entering my details and trying several times I gave up...only to wake up to several emails from them asking for payment on my "order". When I called, instead of a professional call, I spoke with a woman who's first question was how many chairs I wanted because they only deal with large orders in the hundreds. All this while a dog barked incessantly in the background... nowhere on the website is there any mention of minimum orders. I gather that they keep SOME of the chairs they offer in stock and would likely have been able to send me fewer of those, but apparently many of the chairs they do not stock, and therefore would require a massive order in order to deal with you. The whole thing felt like a bit of a scam. I hate companies that are not up front with you from the start. Does NOT do what it says on the tin. Utter waste of a few hours of my time, and a bit of their time as well. Senseless, and quite frankly, a stupid way to conduct business.

Really quick with getting back to me when enquiring, which I found refreshing. Sent a couple of emails over the last week or so and all were answered super quick, which I thought was great! Their price was good and the quality was good too. Can’t ask for too much more to be honest

I was amazed at the speed of response to an enquiry for just 2 catering tables. Becci in Sales was superb and not only kept me informed but also followed up on the (RAPID) delivery.
The product, albeit used, was in excellent condition and exceeded my expectations.
A VERY refreshing company to do business with.

This was an easy smooth transaction. Cannot fault the service here.

What can I say. The company structure seems to exist as this. A gentleman called Anon is in charge. He makes all the decisions, everybody else you speak to is just a receptionist and can’t help you. It doesn’t matter how many times you call! Anon is always in the warehouse and unfortunately is unavailable to take your call. You are told every time that the message will be passed to Anon and he will call you back (don’t be fooled this is a lie). I required 80 banqueting chairs. So after a busy evening I decided to search the Web to see what was available. I came across Front Row Furniture, the product looked good and the price looked reasonable. I attempted to place and pay for my order on line. Unfortunately my transaction would not process on line so I decided to call the next day to place my order. Early next day I had received a missed call from the company and a number of emails asking me complete my transaction. I called them back and the lady explained that orders could not be processed on line. However, if I clicked on the link from their email it would take me to a secure site for payment. She confirmed that if I paid that day my chairs would be delivered on Monday. Monday arrived and no chairs. I rang the company and the same lady checked her schedule and confirmed the chairs would now be delivered Tuesday because of the bad weather. Not a problem. The chairs then arrived on Tuesday morning as promised. However, the delivery driver was rude and unhelpful and three of the chairs were broken. I rang the company thinking they would just replace the chairs. How wrong I was. The lady I spoke to process payment and arrange the delivery schedule, seemed to have been demoted as when I called she had converted to in here words just the receptionist who only answers the telephone. She promised to pass my message on to Anon (who was in the warehouse). Nearly a week and numerous phone calls later. Still no return phone call from Anon. Maybe he locked himself in the warehouse by mistake. This company are quick to take your money. The customer care then stops there. Avoid at all costs.

I have just been asked after over a year to prove, by frontrowfurniture, my review is real as they believe it’s not. Even though it’s so long ago I will dig out the necessary evidence to prove what I said was correct. I am quite sure they know it’s true by what I have said in the review and the fact I had such a lot of correspondence with them at the time. This seems just like an attempt to clear out old negative reviews by thinking people won’t be bothered to, or be unable to, prove they are genuine. shame on you.
I ordered 15 lockers but only 11 were delivered. They were almost on time but not quite. Of the ones that were delivered the quality was far from adequate. They were advertised as effectively 2nd hand but of very good quality. Certainly the ones we had were not of very good quality with damage and significant wear and tear and can only be used in a location where no one will ever see them.
After a lot of chasing on my part they claimed they had no more stock, though their website continues to claim otherwise.
However I said Ok no problem and asked for a refund for the difference. They couldn't refund direct to the credit card so I provided the requested bank details.
Unfortunately no refund has been forthcoming despite several E-mails (all unanswered) and no calls returned (to date).
I'm not giving up out of principle but I definitely would never use this company again as everything has just been hard work, and still is. I will review again once the saga is over.

Ordered 1000 folding chairs off Arun and am now in the process of placing another order with him again as service and quality were very good. Quality of the folding chairs (also saw the folding trestle tables) were solid and the price was one of the cheapest we have seen (and trust me, we looked around!)
He also sorted out a quick delivery for us as we needed the goods in time for an event

We ordered 2 sample wedding chairs from Frontrowfurniture. They promised delivery which never happened, then weeks later claimed they had been delivered. They produced delivery receipts for a different location, signed by people we didn't know. Arun Grewal kept promising to sort it, then to refund our money but this never happened. Dozens of emails, many promises, no chairs and £86.37 out of pocket.

Arun contacted us a few weeks ago saying he wanted to sort this out and we got a full refund of £86.37 a few days later. Thanks Arun.
