I've got the wrong package. I've tried sending an email, but it keeps on bouncing. Most likely, I was scammed.

Wrong item sent did not reply at all to repeated complaints

This company is trash. I ordered a part for my RC plane and they never sent something about it. Only some emails that they think would get me such as:
Order confirmed
Order shipped
But when I tried to open an Inquiry for a refund after I saw the reviews of that sh*t company, they sent me a "response" email which looked like "Hi"

Fruugo has sent you a message
Escalated on behalf of the customer

To respond to this message, just click reply in your email application.
When I entered the website, my Inquiry had closed and every time I tried to open a new chat, it showed an error which was as clear as water that there wasn't an error.
Stay away. Go for AliExpress. They actually have products at their facilities.

Edit 1: they did send me 3 emails which I think was nonsense. I asked about my tracking information and I still didn't get any response.

Ordered a game for my kids. When it arrived it was the Spanish version. I tried to contact them but my sign in wouldn't work. I tried to change my password repeatedly but authorization codes did not arrived. I sent messages via website. No response."NADA"

First: the product was shipped to a location in a different city that I live in.

Second: the way the package was wrapped was incredibly questionable.

Third: and most importantly: THE PRODUCT I ORDERED WAS NOT COMPLIANT WITH THE ELECTRICAL OUTLETS FOR THE COUNTRY I LIVE IN.

Fourth: I was told that I would be sent an electrical converter for the product once I reached out on the company website in lieu of the refund I requested.

Fifth: The converter never arrived.

Sixth: The website keeps crashing every time I try to reach out about a refund and the converter that never arrived. I have been trying every week for 2 months to log on and send a message, and every time the site crashes.

**While I did receive 3 separate emails from Fruugo after posting this review, they were all through the website that continues to crash every time I go to respond, so I am left helpless in this situation. Unfortunately they still will not just give me a refund, and have reattempted to ship me an electrical converter, even though by this time I have purchased a different product.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience on Fruugo.
I placed an order, paid the full amount including an unreasonably high shipping fee.
The package was never delivered, tracking does not work, and in my personal account the order is marked as cancelled.
Despite this, no refund has been issued.
Customer support is unresponsive and provides no clear answers.
This feels like misleading and unsafe shopping experience. I would not recommend Fruugo to anyone.

They just ship it from china. It's a con.

I ordered a couple of car parts ,they never arrived ,i never got any massgae about it ,this no way to run a reliable company ,be aware !.

I made a mistake, ordering again by this place’ almost 7 weeks, I did not receive what I ordered, they do not help, just talk, with no trace of truth.
I will not make this anymore, the experience with them leaves a feeling of total disgust, this is not the only bad experience with them, Unreliable platform, it is an understatement

I ordered a mosquito net on 21st June and I am still waiting to receive it. They have taken money from my credit card.
They asked me for a review for their "service". I don't know what "service" they are talking about! I wrote an email and got no reply. The telephone number is not a real number. I believe I have been scammed along with thousands of other people! I will never use this company again!

I ordered a swing 3 weeks ago, and I only received the cushion for it and NOT the swing itself!

I sent messages to the contacts there with no reply!!

What a disappointment 😞
Please DO NOT PURCHASE FROM fruugo!! They are scamers

I BOUGHT A RADIO FROM THEM. TURNS OUT THEY ARE NOT THE VENDOR. THEY FORWARD THE ORDER TO A VENDOR. WHICH THEY DID, BUT THE DID NOT GIVE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS TO THE VENDOR. THEN THE VENDOR SHIPPED THE RADIO WITHOUT CONTACT DETAILS, SO UPS COULD NOT GET HOLD OF ME. AND FINALLY, I HAD TO PAY US$100 IN CUSTOMS FEES! OUTRAGEOUS!
THEY HAVE NO PHONE, JUST AN EMAIL ADDRESS THAT THEY NEVER ANSWER
