Very disappointing experience.
I received defective hygiene products that literally disintegrate during normal use. When I contacted customer service, they refused to take responsibility, hiding behind a strict 14-day policy even though the defect could only be discovered during actual use.
This was my first purchase from this store, and definitely my last. I would strongly recommend others to think twice before ordering from here.
Poor product quality and even worse customer service.

I will never order from this store again. I ordered several items, and the delivery company in Israel delivered the package to a completely different mailing address.

I’ve been corresponding with them for weeks, but they keep saying the order is marked as “delivered,” even though I never received it.

The prices may be good, but there’s no guarantee you’ll actually get your product. You can easily lose your money — don’t say I didn’t warn you.

I ordered a WoodWick candle based on the images advertised online. The item I received was different from what was shown, and certainly not what I ordered or what was confirmed in my order confirmation email. It does not match the product advertised on their website.

I contacted the company multiple times, but there is no option for an exchange, no return, and not even a suggestion of compensation.

This is not my first time purchasing from them, but it is definitely my last.

Horrible store. They say delivery takes 4-6 days. I ordered from the US, and I've been waiting for the 22nd. They refuse to refund me, saying the item is at the border. The tracking number shows it's still in Poland. Now, apparently, my number is blacklisted, because no one is responding. And I didn't even make a fuss, I just asked for a refund.

Extremely disappointing experience.
My order was delayed for an unreasonable amount of time, and when it finally reached the courier company (Cita), it was falsely marked as “delivered” even though I never received anything.

I contacted the company multiple times, waited through their so-called “7-business-day investigation,” and still received no real answer and no responsibility. Instead, I was told to deal with the courier myself — which is completely unprofessional.

The seller is responsible for making sure the customer actually receives the product, and that simply did not happen. No refund, no replacement, and no solution.

Terrible customer service, zero accountability, and a complete waste of time.
I will not order from them again and I strongly recommend thinking twice before purchasing from this store

Avoid Makeupstore.co.il!! I placed an order in June, and the package was officially confirmed lost by the courier in early August. Even after providing the courier’s written confirmation, the store has refused to refund me.

It has been over two months since my order and more than a month since I requested a refund. Their only response is endless excuses about “waiting for confirmation,” which is simply not true.

This feels like a deliberate stalling tactic and very poor customer service. I strongly recommend staying away from this site.

Do not do it for yourself, awful experience the package arrived after 25 days (they said 6-9)
Was sending mail every day and the had the same response
When the package arrived I was speechless the package looked like they played football with it
And they said ohh ok sorry take 5 dollars
I couldn't give it as a present because all the package was broken

I made my order on 09/06/2025 it must be delivered
within 6-9 business days. I still have not received anything and the date of receipt is unknown.At the same time, I was denied the cancellation of the order.

Scam!!! I made an order with makeupstore.co.il (order number 1748591225-0842), but I never received confirmation. The lack of communication raises concerns about potential fraud. I highly recommend caution before purchasing from this site.

The site promised products were never sent to my address yet I was charged fully. After countless times I tried contacting they kept answering with auto generated Chinese and gibberish letters. After 2 months I got a real answer to contact the delivery company yet they have no phone number available. Basically they scam you and keep you hanging for a response till you can no longer dispute the deal. I placed an order in December and never received it. Despite multiple confirmations from the company that they could see my order, my registered address, and that the package was delivered to a completely different address in another city, they are refusing to refund me. Their customer service has been unhelpful, failing to take responsibility for their mistake. I would not recommend purchasing from this company, as they do not stand by their customers or ensure proper delivery. Extremely disappointing experience!

Super Kundenservice!
Sogar an Wochenenden wird schnell und höflich - dabei sachlich korrekt - geantwortet. Dabei super nett und es wird stets nach kundenfreundlichen Lösungen gesucht und gefunden!
Hier ist der Kunde wirklich König!
Leider sind die Produkte teilweise extrem teuer - das ist schade.
Sonst würde ich Drogerieartikel ausschließlich hier kaufen!

Looks like a SCAM. In a burst of nostalgia, placed an order for both Tabac and Oldspice (original/classic) after shave lotions. None of them smell like the originals I rememberd, and suspiciously both smell the same. Order number starts with TMUIL, so I’m guessing they’re just drop-shipping from temu.
NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY.

I have placed an order on the 5th of December, now it is been two weeks and something, I still have not received my parcel..read the reviews online..I am afraid I will not get my package. The delivery company site says "parcel has not arrived to customs" although MAKEUPSTORE sent an email saying "sent". Should I be worried?
UPDATE: I recieved the package on the 30th of December, it arrived to my home, everything went well. The products came well-packed! THIS WEBSITE IS NOT A SCAM! They have amazing products with really affordable prices, the problem is that it TAKES A LONG TIME FOR THE PARCEL TO ARRIVE. I will still consider purchasing from them.

I don’t understand all those bad reviews. I received my order yesterday, all good, nothing missing or broken, shipping was about 5-6 business days.

I had a terrible experience with Makeupstore. I placed an order on October 22, and even though the site promised a maximum 12-day delivery, it's now been over 18 days with no updates since October 31. I've tried to reach out multiple times, but there’s been no helpful response or clear delivery estimate. Very disappointing service!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM THIS STORE!
I received my first order OK, so I went into the website to make another purchase. I put all the the items in my cart, but when I proceeded to payment, suddenly I noticed that the amount doesn't reflect the prices - in the few minutes that it took me to finish selecting items they've increased the prices of the items!!!! WHAT A SCAM!!
I wrote to them and got very unhelpful answers from their 'customer service' which led me to conclude that I'll never buy from this website again.
(They claimed a new batch was received from their supplier who had increased the price - seriously? in the exact few minutes it took me to try to place my order???!!)

I’ve used this company twice and found them very efficient. Their customer service answered questions promptly and the goods I ordered were delivered in perfect condition and on time.
