Well I liked that my goods arrived 5 days earlier than expected, and that I could choose which store/ merchant to shop from based on their price differences.

Exceptional, I got my parcel in good condition and happy to announce that is working properly, great customer service, been receiving regular emails to check on the status of my delivery on daily basis. Efficient delivery overall. I like the fact that the platform allows customers to stay on top of the delivery process, logistics, from top bottom until the delivery due day. The product are great at affordable prices, which you could purchase expensive from other brands.

I have been waiting for my order and…
I have been waiting for my order and frustratingly, I cannot even track it. When I enquired about where the order was, they promptly decided to refund me. Just as I was expecting a refund, I receive another message that the order is on its way. Once again, the tracking link does not even work.
Safe to say, my trust of this website is on a minus right now. I have a feeling one has been scammed!

Very good for my first time purchase with Fruugo

The only small issue was on check out, the amount changed slightly but as it was a small difference I went ahead with the order.
