Very unreliable don’t waste your money
Very unreliable I bought a watch there 4 weeks ago and according to them it’s delivered but I still haven’t received anything and when you reach out to them they give you dumb generic answers and when you catch them out they close the ticket and ignore you

Poor Service
I was so displeased with the fact that my order was recieved in Johannesburg from China on the 23rd or 24th of September but the package was not year delivered to me on the 02nd of October. I see that as poor service delivery most special when theres zero communication and provided I am also staying within the Johannesburg Metropolitan .

Great service
Great service, quick delivery when the site had said it would be delivered and good price for my purchase which was exactly as described / shown. Very happy. Third time I'm buying from fruugo and I'm very happy with their service.

Order status says "delivered" in…
Order status says "delivered" in September 2026. I have not received this order. The delivery address was a street address but it claims it was delivered to: "South African post office"!
One cannot obtain information or submit queries as it seems to just say "Delivered"
