Using the Tri-Complex Magnesium has certainly increased my energy levels and with the Collagen multi blend certainly helps with recovery

A Literal Dream for Quality Sleep

I’ve tried several magnesium supplements in the past, but the formula from Fuel & Tonics is in a league of its own. If you struggle with winding down at night or staying asleep, this is the one you want in your cabinet.

What I Love:
Noticeable Results: Unlike some supplements where you "hope" they are working, I felt the difference within the first few nights. My mind feels quieter, and my body feels genuinely relaxed before I hit the pillow. I only take one at the moment and I'm out like a light! Previously to taking the magnesium I would be amazed if I had 4-5 hours sleep throughout the night with a guaranteed wake up schedule between the hours of 1.30-4.30am!!

Superior Sleep Quality: I’m waking up feeling refreshed rather than groggy. It seems to help me reach that deep, restorative sleep that I was missing. I wake up ready to go generally before my alarm and ready for the day ahead.
Dreams can be a little more wild but nothing scary which I have had in the past whilst taking magnesium.
It is my new favorite go to that my bedside cabinet will never be without!

I've been taking Magnesium products now for a number of months and recently changed over to Fuel & Tonic Magnesium Tri-Complex. The difference in sleep quality and recovery has been vastly improved, I can't recommend this product enough.

I've also followed all the hype and tried the Ultimate Blend Multi-Collagen. After a couple of weeks I can really notice differences in my nails and skin.

Not only are the products first class, the packaging and service levels are also fantastic!! Anyone looking for supplements I can definitely recommend Fuel & Tonic!

I've been really impressed with Fuel and Tonic from start to finish. The website is easy to navigate, ordering was straightforward, and delivery was smooth and prompt — exactly what you want when trying a new brand.

I swapped my magnesium from another market leader to Fuel & Tonic and noticed the difference almost immediately. Sleep quality improved and the issues I had with the other brand disappeared too.
I've also been taking the liver health tablets which seem to help with hangovers and will be ordering the collagen after reading all the other positive reviews!

Great products, sleep has been much improved since taking the magnesium, something I’ve always struggled with previously. Cannot recommend these guys highly enough, I can’t wait to try the rest of the products.

I was looking for a collagen and have tried a few brands and I did not get much results so I went back to the drawing board and I came across Fuel and Tonic. I must admit I thought here we go again but I was pleasantly surprised. It does everything it says it will deliver. Halfway through my first pack, I ordered another, and now my husband is using it too. I figured if this is such a great product, let me try something else, so I bought the brain fuel and was blown away! Brain fog...what brain fog! I will be trying the other products. I have not been disappointed and well done for delivering a product that lives up to the hype! Can't recommend these two products highly enough.

I have been taking magnesium tri-complex every evening for a month and have noticed a huge improvement in my sleep. As somebody that has previously struggled to sleep partly due to an overactive bladder I have found I am sleeping through the night and feeling alert and ready for the day when I wake up. I’ve also been taking super greens each morning in a smoothie. The taste is good (mixed with milk, banana and strawberries) and I have noticed an improvement that I am no longer having an afternoon’dip’. I’ve been really impressed with these products and will be ordering some more.

Love the electrolytes - lovely flavours and just about to start the Greens! Will review again in a few months!

Very impressed with the quality of the products. The collagen is really fine and dissolves easily in cold water and is tasteless, unlike other multi collagens with marine collagen in it. Super greens are great, an easy way for the kids to get some of their daily dose.

And I've never slept better with the magnesium.

I tried several Fuel and Tonic products following a recommendation from a friend who is already using them. Their collagen is the only one I have come across (and I've tried A LOT of different versions) that combines marine and bovine collagen, does not leave a peculiar taste in the drink you mix it with and mixes completely, without leaving little blobs of product on the top of your drink. I also tried the electrolyte drink, having previously tried two different brands, neither of which I got on with. This one is completely different, the two flavours I tried were both really pleasant and refreshing and the fine powder blended almost instantly when I put it into water and shook it. No residue stuck to the bottom of the water bottle which is a nightmare to clean, no overpowering, chemical flavour, just a gentle fruit flavoured drink which I actually enjoy having. Having tried the products I will now be setting up subscriptions for the products I've tried. Would fully recommend.

I was recommended to try by a friend as an alternative to the existing collagen product I was taking. Really impressed with the easy dissolving powder, no taste or smell - particularly for marine collagen, as lots of others I've tried have been bad - and it goes into my cup of tea each morning, supporting my intermittent fasting for the last few hours. After finishing my first month supply, I'm ready to subscribe for more.

Recently moved from my previous Bovine only collagen product to Fuel & Tonic , so now have the benefit of bovine and marine, which is odourless which in itself is a miracle as previous trial of a marine collagen with a different provider , was unpleasant to taste and smell. In terms of results I am already seeing improved hair and skin , nails also growing stronger which I am thrilled about as all my life have had brittle nails . Very pleased with the progress so far , also sampled the electrolytes which is giving me energy and focus. Excited about continuing with this brand.

I’ve been taking the Multi-Collagen now for several weeks and have seen a huge improvement my nails and, particularly, my skin. I’ve been complimented so many times on how I don’t look my age (which is great!!). Definite improvement in complexion and elasticity.

I’ve also found the Liver Defence a god send for nights out. Although I take them daily, they really support how you feel after a few drinks - no more grogginess the day after!

Daily electrolytes are also a game changer for me. Great for use before a gym workout, and even if not, I’ve noticed a big improvement in my focus and energy levels.

Moved from my previous bovine only collagen to the multi-collagen mainly for the skin benefits (I’m 46). Really impressed with the tasteless formula which I take in my cup of tea a couple of times a day to get the recommended dose. I had definitely found more improvements in my skin, even from being on collagen previously after 2-3 weeks: more hydrated, glow and firmness.

Fast delivery and have tried Brain Fuel as well now and the super greens, mixed into family meals/soups - happy with all the products and quality is excellent.
